The reporting/dashboard/monitoring tools are fairly slick and fast to find things that may have been inadvertently caught or not caught. Documentation is fairly accurate and complete. **What do you dislike about Check Point Email Security?** There is absolutely no mention of the Avanan product or name anywhere, beyond the initial back and forth with your sales rep. Once you are actually in the system, it's all Checkpoint and a product called Harmony, I don't even see an attempt to integrate or bring the product name of Avanan. Why sell and advertise a product that isn't even mentioned after signing up? Very bizarre. The actual onboarding process is overly complicated, we still are not set up properly after 4 months of use, our account still says it's in trial even though we are paying, and Checkpoint support does not see our account as having a valid support contract. Probably one of the most confusing situations setting up a new cloud account in the 20 years as an IT Director. Last, a ticket opened on Friday was answered on a Monday morning. **What problems is Check Point Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email security (spam/malware/phishing prevention). So far it's done a good job bouncing the badies (phishing and spam). ### 3. Its capable of scanning users incoming email and detect any ransomware or spyware. Its cheaper compared to other products on the market. Good customer support **What do you dislike about Check Point Email Security?** The only issue I have faced is its a little challenging to setup this system. Esp for someone who doesnt have a Computer or IT background. Other than this, its good **What problems is Check Point Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has the features that help prevent ransomware or spyware attacks on your system along with using Artificial Intelligece and ML for achieving this. All e-mails are scanned before it reaches users, ### 4. Its auditing tool is what really helps us step up and be able to start in certification paths for our company such as ISO and NIST. **What do you dislike about Check Point Email Security?** The UI does not work on Firefox browser, it seems to be made for Chromium and some of the features do not work on FF. The UI needs polishing and needs to be more organic. **What problems is Check Point Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem we aim to fix is having an email protection suite that will help us comply with certifications such as ISO 27001 and NIST 800-53 rev. 5. We have also been able to minimize the number of phishing attacks we have had in the last 6 months. ### 5.
