We were looking to use Gen AI to enhance user experience so that they we can have more user responses. ChattySurvey did exactly that. It provided a personal touch to each and every user that was filling up the form, making the survey engaging more than ever. A simple survey can be easily created within 1-2 minutes which is great for a start into the tool. **What do you dislike about ChattySurvey?** While it is easy to get started with ChattySurvey and setup your very first survey, the more advanced functionalities that we want to incorporate in the survey are much harder to learn. More languages should be added, currently it is limited to English and Spanish. **What problems is ChattySurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem we solved with ChattySurvey is we got the response rates up for our surveys. Apart from that, the insights that the tool provides helped us solve some more minor reporting problems.
