Chatterence gives European companies an AI web assistant and a business intelligence dashboard in one platform. The assistant meets website visitors in over 30 languages, replying only from what the company has actually published, with voice support and a smooth handoff to a person by email or WhatsApp for anything that needs one. The dashboard side gathers advertising, analytics and the assistant's conversation data into a single place you can question directly, in plain language, rather than pulling reports from separate systems. The whole platform runs on EU servers, keeps each client's installation separate, sets no tracking cookies, and is built to meet GDPR and EU AI Act requirements. It also works with screen readers and full keyboard navigation, meeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA. AC Agency, based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, built it.
