ChatRelay puts every enquiry in one place: the messaging app you already check all day. Chats from your website, your existing contact form and your email inbox all arrive in WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat or the ChatRelay iPhone app. You reply there like any other message, and your customer sees the answer on your website within seconds. There's no dashboard to watch and no new login. Setup is one line of code at the bottom of your site, on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or any site served over https. Your contact form keeps working as it is. Messages from your Facebook page and Instagram are coming soon. For teams, Rota works down a list. If nobody answers within five minutes, the enquiry goes to the next person. ChatRelay is for small businesses that get enquiries in several places and want to answer them all from one.
