It's a good product overall with most of the features expected for a livechat. If there are no special needs, he does what he has to and he does it well. Pricing is good. Chatra makes it possible for me to chat with clients while they are shopping. I can see what is in their cart and make recommendations, i can answer questions and give order status updates. The pricing system is strange - if you are on the Russian version of the website it will cost you 7$, but if you will switch into English - it's 15$.
