    "Zendesk - The best live chat software: I like that I can embed a chat widget on my website and when a visitor comes to my site I can engange them through the live chat and then from my zendesk dashboard I get usefull information such as on which page the person using the livechat is at. I also like that file sending is supported and customers can provide screenshots or pictures so as to get help from our agents. In addition, chat ratings in zendesk chat are a great way to collect feedback on how our support has been and the ratings help us develop better support content to our customers.Pre-chat forms help us collect information about visitors before starting a chat which we find very benefitial."

    "Positive Experience Overall: First of all the setup is simple and the solution is easy to use. We haven't had a any complaints about the technology for nearly two years now. The integration with Slack is huge as we do nearly everything else there including phone calls. Great that we get all our users onto the chat option for a reasonable price given our low volumes, transactions, (cost as a client). Love automatic status updates on website widget based on who on our end is available for questions in Slack. Decent widget options, settings, config, etc. Area for Segment integration is nice as well as webhooks for the various touch points in a conversation/chat. "

    "Love ClickDesk: Clickdesk allows our account managers to interact with leads and customers, as they are searching and researching on our website and in our e-commerce store.     "So flexible and forward thinking. : The ability to customise the chat window on the customer end is great, there are so many options that you can adjust to make sure your customers get the best visual experience when using the chat function. Avoiding confusion for customers trying to contact us is very important and this has been a great help in doing this. The conversation archiving is also a great feature. The fact that chat beacon hosts and stores all your chat archives makes everything so much easier and as a small company i feel this is more secure than if we had to host them ourselves. "
