ChatNest lets small businesses create, train and embed AI customer support chatbots on their website in minutes. Train the bot on your own content: paste business info, add FAQs or just enter your website URL and ChatNest crawls it automatically. The bot answers only from your knowledge base, so it never makes things up about your business. A one-line embed works on any site - HTML, WordPress, Shopify, React or Webflow. Every conversation lands in a live inbox with human takeover when a visitor needs a person. Free plan, no credit card required.
