What do you like best about Alchemer Reputation Management?

Having an assigned rep to correspond with monthly is very beneficial to the company. Our assigned rep responds in a timely manner and is very personable. We have used this service for years and have enjoyed the simplicity of the evolving dashboard and the features it provides to our team. Without this dashboard, our teams would have to bounce around to various listings to see if they have reviews, and then if so, respond to them. The reporting aspect is also very appreciated. What do you dislike about Alchemer Reputation Management?

Sometimes the wrong pages are linked and we have to manually adjust them. This creates some back end work that is no difficulty. However, it would be nice if the support team was checking for accuracy when setting up accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
