ChatME is a SaaS AI chatbot platform built specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. It is developed and operated by the Spanish agency Rebeldes Online, and the service is provided by ChatMe OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. ChatME serves the Spanish and Latin American markets, with native Spanish product and support, and is positioned as a fast, affordable alternative to enterprise customer-support platforms. ChatME trains a chatbot on your own content: you paste your website URL and the system crawls your pages, PDFs, documents and FAQs so the bot answers in your business's voice. Key features include automatic in-chat lead capture with customizable forms and CSV export, an analytics dashboard (top questions, languages, nationalities, devices), AI analytics you can query in natural language, and a multilingual agent with automatic language detection that responds in over 260 languages on every plan. Setup takes about 10 minutes with no code — a single one-line snippet installs it on Webflow, WordPress, Shopify or any website. Instagram DM automation is coming soon. The primary value of ChatME is turning website visitors into qualified leads and resolving customer questions 24/7 without a technical team. It is GDPR- and LOPDGDD-compliant, stores and processes data on European infrastructure, and is compliant with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). Data is never sold to third parties, traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3 / AES-256, and a DPA is signable from the dashboard. Plans start at €49/month with a 14-day free trial and no commitment, making it ideal for restaurants, hotels, e-commerce, real estate, gyms, clinics and professional services.
