Recommendations to others considering Chatlio:

They have amazing features and benefits and are working on making a stronger integration to Salesforce. That was the only thing that slowed up us from rolling this out yet. But I love the User Experience and interface from a website visitor perspective as well as how our team interacts with it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
