When a message comes through to me from an employee, it does not say their name. I always have to ask who I am speaking with. There might be a fix for this, I will have to look into it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think perhaps what you are looking for to display customer name is our API, specifically https://chatlio.com/docs/api-v1/#api-identify

That allows you to display custom information about anyone who chats with you. Feel free to reach out to us at support@chatlio.com to help you with implementing that on your site if you have any questions at all.
