I wish I could "/leave" a chat without clearing the chat history in the user's window. Sometimes they haven't responded in a while and I'm sure they just got distracted so I want them to see what I wrote if they come back, but I also want to /leave the chat myself.... Though a different product, the ability to start implementing more Chatbot capabilities - having it be able to take some information beforehand before handing off to a user would be pretty cool - automated chatbots seem to be all the rage nowadays.
