We have saved so much time on customer support inquiries thanks to Chatling. We have over 100+ articles in our knowledge base, so Chatling became an expert on our product immediately after scanning them. The answers it writes are essentially the same as I would provide, but customers get an answer in seconds instead of waiting hours. It's also fantastic that it can speak any language. It is compared to others incredibly easy to use. I have tried many, I'm not a coder and don't want to be. Chatling allowed me to get a chatbot up and running that sends a user a summary of the conversation plus other information in under a couple of hours. Most other software for me at least takes you 9 tenths of the way but then there always seems to be a stumbling block. There's nothing personally I do not like for my use case. I can see that more sophistcated users might like more features e.g. the ability to use brand fonts rather than stock within Chatling.
