Chatling is a massive time-saver for our business. We integrated their chatbot on our website recently, which has been a big success. It was very easy to set up the chatbot and train it, and we deployed it to our website within two days. We receive over 1,500 emails monthly from customers, and it takes much of our time to respond to them. After implementing Chatling, it successfully resolved 45% of the support questions, and we now spend less time on customer support and more on development and marketing. The team is also quick in answering our questions and releasing new features. We requested Zapier integration recently and they quickly released it in a matter of a few weeks. I wish there was a way for a new ticket to be created in Zendesk for unresolved customer quries. The team have added this to their roadmap and plan on releasing it in the future.
