Chativot is an AI-powered CRM that sells and supports customers 24/7 on WhatsApp and Instagram. Its AI agents are trained on each business's own information to answer messages instantly, qualify leads and hand the conversation over to a human agent when needed. Chativot includes a shared multichannel inbox, multi-agent teamwork and a white-label option for agencies that want to offer the platform under their own brand. Built in Panama for companies in Latin America, Chativot helps sales and support teams respond faster, never miss a lead and scale customer conversations without growing headcount.
