"Poorna's ChatGPT Review - July 2026"
4/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

Chatgpt is a great AI tool which has a clean UI and the performance is great, the answers are pretty customized as per the chat we do and how the machine learning understands and integrates the user thought process while answering. Also the onboarding process is pretty easy. Free of cost plan itself solves a lot many requirements of the day to day activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

The basic issue with ChatGPT is the speed with which it works sometimes. For example if I ask it to modify or generate an image it does take a lot of time. Also the answers or topics which it provides can sometimes be false as well, which we have to be careful while following or agreeing. Apart from the free plan other all are a bit higher. "Fast, Affordable Brainstorming and VSCode Integration—Code Accuracy Still Lags"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

Creating images to capture ideas is super easy, fast, and very affordable on the lower subscription tier. The web version is basic but does what it needs to do and is easy to use. I also find the way Projects organizes my topics and keeps context really useful. The integration with VSCode is very efficient, and the response times are quite decent for what you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

In my opinion, it’s not as good as Claude at writing code. The accuracy of its responses is lower than others in the same model range.

However, it’s imaginative and great for brainstorming, because it can show you approaches you might not have thought of before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It is just a tool Truly Useful"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

The model can be integrated with company software via its application programming interface (API). It mostly very user friendly for text and media creating. Either upload an image for investigation or run Python in the chat window. Which makes it a useful tool rather than that text bot. Another huge plus? It remembers the previous things you said. There is no need to repeat the whole story when asking a subsequent question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

But, ooh, there is a real danger, though. And should they not know the answer and just make it up, at worst they'll just stare at you. The facts need to be double checked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid for Complex Prompts, Technical Outlines, and Brainstorming"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

It's really good at handling complex instructions. I give it long prompts with specific rules and it follows them. Saves me a lot of time because it remembers the context perfectly. Other AI models I've used make more mistakes, but this one is solid for technical outlines and brainstorming. Fewer logic mistakes too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT has issues. It makes small logic mistakes. Acts too confident with technical stuff. I give it long prompts with rules about what not to do. It ignores those rules sometimes. That means I have to check its work all the time. Slows me down.

The UI/UX isn't great either. No side-by-side view. That would be a big help. Let users compare answers next to each other. Save a lot of time for people judging AI answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ChatGPT Makes Everyday Work Faster and Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What I like most about ChatGPT is how easy it is to use across a wide range of tasks. Whether I need help understanding a topic, polishing my writing, brainstorming ideas, or working through technical problems, it usually gives clear, useful responses. It saves me time and makes it much easier to get started, especially when I’m working on something new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

One thing I don’t like is that the responses can sometimes sound overly confident even when they aren’t completely accurate, so I still make a point to double-check important information. In longer conversations, it can also occasionally lose track of earlier context, which can be frustrating. I’d also like to see more consistent responses when I’m asking about highly specific or niche topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Daily Workflow Partner That Saves Hours and Keeps Work Flowing"
4/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

The recent updates to data visualization and the native code interpreter have made analysing complex datasets incredibly seamless. I also appreciate how much better it has become at maintaining precise formatting constraints across long, multistep technical prompts without losing context mid-session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

The context window can still occasionally feel restrictive during massive, deep-dive research tasks, leading to slight omissions or oversimplifications in later turns. Additionally, offering more granular user control over memory categorization would make managing long term project contexts much smoother Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick and Effective, Ideal for Developers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I love how direct and fast ChatGPT is. You throw a big coding problem or a complicated structure at it, and in record time, it gives you a clear and straightforward answer, without beating around the bush. I also use it a lot to organize ideas and structure new projects. It's a great help for solving coding complications; it allows me to quickly identify errors when a bug or API becomes complicated. Additionally, ChatGPT removes the fluff by summarizing tedious documentation and helping me outline the structure of a project or database from scratch. I set it up without any problems, it was just a matter of going to the website, registering with my email in a minute, and starting to use it. It has been a big leap from the traditional search engine and the constant use of StackOverflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Sometimes it gets a bit annoying and repetitive. You ask it to refine a code and it throws the whole text at you again instead of getting straight to the point with the change, and it annoys me a bit. And then there's the issue of hallucinations, occasionally it goes off track and invents a function or a library that doesn't exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ChatGPT is best viewed as a productivity assistant rather than a source of absolute truth."
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I've been using ChatGPT for both work and personal projects, and it's become one of the tools I rely on the most.

What stands out is how quickly it can organize ideas, improve writing, summarize information, and explain complex topics in a way that's easy to understand. Instead of spending a lot of time staring at a blank page, I can start with a draft and refine it from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

One thing I've learned is that the quality of an LLM's output depends on the quality of the prompt: the more context and detail you provide, the better the response will be. I also make it a habit to verify technical information—or anything that could have significant consequences—before acting on it.

LLMs use the internet as a source of information, and the AI does not filter factual or non-influenced information, which can lead to non-impartial answers depending on the context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"24/7 Go-To Assistant for Technical Work, Debugging, and Faster Learning"
4/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT has become my go-to assistant for technical work, research, and everyday questions. I appreciate how it can explain difficult concepts, help debug code, generate ideas, and speed up tasks that would normally take much longer. It's like having a knowledgeable assistant available 24/7, which makes me more productive and helps me learn faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

My biggest concern is that ChatGPT can sometimes generate incorrect or overly confident answers, requiring fact-checking. It also occasionally misunderstands nuanced requests or provides longer responses than needed. Improving accuracy, context retention, and consistency would make it even better.
