## ChatGPT Reviews
 ### 1. The Most Complete LLM for Expanding Project Ideas

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel L. | Sales/Commercial Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What i like the best is basically is the most complete LLM and the information source is not limited to one database, I mean ChatGPT is the only one LLM that concentrate a great capacity of information that give us a great expansion for each of our projects.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Maybe I would say the capacity of create documents, sheets or even more deep coding i mean the possibility to have a better coding development.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems to automate all the processes in my life such work and business and even daily routines, but what i like most is the fact to automate my repetitive tasks in work and businesses and automate basically with the APIs and connections, with one time developing the work flow i just can to automate "my professional life" let's say it this way.

 ### 2. Your New Everyday Assistant for Work and Learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal D. | Quality Assurance Specialist, Gambling & Casinos, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It's very easy to use, and I'm always impressed by how quickly and efficiently it provides answers. It feels like having a buddy right there with you.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Honestly? The main thing that bugs me is when it gives me an answer with a lot of confidence, but it turns out to be wrong or a little out of date. I've learned that I still have to fact-check anything important. It also struggles with really niche topics or anything that's happened in the last few months. And every now and then, the safety filters feel a little too restrictive and prevent me from getting the exact response I'm looking for."

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, it's a huge time-saver. It's like having a second brain or an buddy that's available 24/7/365. It helps me get the ball rolling on things like writing emails or blog posts, so I'm not staring at a blank page. It can also instantly summarise long documents for me, which means I can get the key points without spending time reading through everything.

 ### 3. Readily Available and Free Smaller Models

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suman K. | Associate Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Readily available and allowing smaller models at zero cost .. Unlikely the models existing charges a lot for even using there older models

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It is multimodal but in GPT 5 we don’t find the api endpoint that allows us to pass the audio or video and the limitation that relates to multimodality is big concern for me..

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves a major problem that is allowing users to ask any questions and you don’t need google .. It helps us in coding solving our issues bugs and helping us prepare the design documents that help us in saving a lot of time and helping us to achieve our goals very fast.. what used to take us 10 days it’s matter of 1 day now .

 ### 4. Fast Responses and Wide Adoption, but it's not leading the pack anymore

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José C. | Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that it’s widely adopted, so there are tons of templates available. I also like that I can pay for API usage instead of a full plan, which makes it cheaper and means I only pay for what I need. On top of that, I like that it works with Raycast.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The wow effect is gone. What once felt unique to ChatGPT is now something other tools can do too, and in some cases do even better. I switched to Claude because it gives better answers, stronger research, and more concise, structured responses. Overall, it fits what I ask for more precisely.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I set a keyboard shortcut, Command-A, that opens an AI prompt and talks to ChatGPT using my API key. I use it a lot for work, especially since I code mostly in JavaScript and Python.

 ### 5. Effective Academic Aid with Room for Reliability Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manupriya S. | Judicial Internship, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I appreciate that ChatGPT helps me with everything under the sun, especially decoding academics. It really helps me understand concepts better and get relevant information related to a topic I upload. What I like most is how it simplifies things really easily for me, especially as a law student. It knows the exact topic I'm looking for and accesses the right websites to deliver the results. When it gives me access to where it got the content from, I can easily visit it and deeply understand the same. The initial setup was very easy, and it guides you well.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

When ChatGPT doesn't have an answer, it makes up those answers, which is problematic when you have urgent tasks. I find it hard to rely on it. Also, it sometimes misinterprets information. I wish it would provide clearer and correct answers consistently, maybe by uniformly stating where the content is sourced from.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to understand concepts better and get information related to a topic. It simplifies things easily for me as a law student and accurately finds the right websites to deliver the results.

 ### 6. Quick for basic writing, but often wrong and raises privacy and pricing concerns

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seth J. | Senior Lecturer of Biology, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that the AI gives quick results that are appropriate for the most basic writing tasks. If I have a form letter or basic email that I need to send, it tends to do okay with that, though the results are a bit dry. It's easy to get started on and the UI is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It's complete trash. I can't imagine using it on a daily basis for anything that requires thought or intelligence. The responses it gives are often wrong, inappropriate or just plain stupid. I'm also concerned about privacy, long--term pricing, and the enivornmental impact of AI.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps write very basic emails and responses to administrative paperwork. I think it would make a good replacement for most of our upper administration.

 ### 7. A Great Starting Point for Refining Ideas Across Many Topics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carrie W. | Content & Communication Manager, Insurance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It’s a very good starting point for refining and fleshing out ideas, and for pooling resources across a wide variety of topics. It also integrates easily with existing business systems. The product is straightforward to navigate and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It tends to tell me my ideas are good, even when they aren’t necessarily, so I have to remind it to give more unbiased opinions.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content creation and campaign planning used to be far more reactive for us. We consistently struggled to generate fresh marketing ideas, write large volumes of copy quickly, and turn campaigns around fast enough to keep pace with seasonal trends. While we only use ChatGPT as a kicking-off point, it has helped us come up with more varied, engaging ideas and get moving faster.

 ### 8. Reliable and Efficient, Yet Needs More Customization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love using ChatGPT because it reliably completes my code and helps with research work as well as replying to work emails. It's definitely a productivity booster, saving a lot of time when writing code or conducting research. I think it's one of the best free AI tools available. The quality of answers I receive from ChatGPT is really good, and it's excellent at providing emotional responses for emails and other tasks. It's also a great tool for conducting architectural-level research work for my projects. I find the setup very easy, it's just a simple login to use it. Additionally, using ChatGPT with Visual Studio Code is just as straightforward.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Well, I think ChatGPT does not allow us to choose and plug and play with what models we want to choose, and we cannot adjust the amount of tokens that can be used in the request to make it more optimal, which is available in some other competitors. And I feel that it hallucinates a lot sometimes.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves productivity problems for me. It saves a lot of time on writing code and conducting research.

 ### 9. Simple, Helpful Tool for Daily Use and Deep Research

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saransh K. | Growth manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

best helpful for daily level usage and use cases in life. it is designed to curate answers in a simple way that it becomes easy to do and understand any new research work. I give some use cases, share my thinking, ask what all gaps are there and then it provides me relevant info that helps me evaluate and create better solutions to the problem.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It has not proven to help a lot in automations and workflows like claude. Rest, all is good for deep research work.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it has a lot of data of human usage and curates answers basis given facts that has also helped me in research work and solving my problems whenver i ask for good enough sample size

 ### 10. Great tool for developing boilerplate code and debugging quickly.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krupa P. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The best thing about this thing is really the amount of time it saves me while writing boilerplate code. I’m a Software Engineer. In the past, I would Google and StackOverflow for an hour to set up a new React component or create a complex SQL query. So now I just tell ChatGPT what I want and it provides me the basic structure in 10 seconds.

It’s also quite good at explaining legacy code. I’m working on some old project with no documentation, I just copy-paste the problematic functions into ChatGTP and ask it to explain line-by-line. It makes it very straightforward and easy to understand other people’s code.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The main problem is that occasionally it delivers deprecated or old code. It is not always aware of the latest package or API updates. For example if I ask for some code in React 18 or the newest version of Next.js it will sometimes offer me syntax from older versions which produces issues.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is mostly fixing the problem of developer block and slow debugging. If I have a very unusual console problem, instead than searching through pages and pages of forum topics, I just put the error into ChatGPT. It shows me 3 or 4 possible reasons and how to fix them and 90% of the time one of those answers works.

It’s saving me 2 hours a day at least. This has enhanced my coding speed and I am able to finish my sprints on time and without late night work.

 ### 11. Versatile All-in-One Assistant for Ideas, Writing, Coding, and More

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunil B. | IT Support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

If I were to point to one of ChatGPTs most useful qualities it's its versatility it can help with a wide range of tasks in the same conversation and explaining concepts, brainstorming ideas and writing drafts and solving problems, analyzing information and coding and tutoring and morewhile adapting to different levels of expertise and goals.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It can be wrong while sounding confident Sometimes it generates inaccurate information or incorrect reasoning, especially in specialized or obscure topics.
Knowledge can be incomplete Even when using current web information it may miss context, nuance or important details.
It doesn't truly understand It generates responses based on patterns in data rather than human-like comprehension or lived experience.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Language barriers Translating and explaining content across languages.
Productivity Reducing the time spent on routine tasks such as research note-taking and organizing information.
Creativity Generating ideas stories designs marketing concepts and other creative starting points.
Education and tutoring Providing on-demand explanations and practice across many subjects.
Access to information Helping people understand topics learn new skills and get explanations tailored to their level of knowledge.
Writing and communication Drafting emails reports presentations summaries and other content more quickly.

 ### 12. A Game-Changer for Founders and Builders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepesh M. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is incredibly versatile — it helps with brainstorming, content drafting, and quick research. As someone building a product, it saves hours every week and makes it easy to move fast on ideas. The conversational interface feels natural and the quality of responses is consistently impressive.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Occasionally it hallucinates facts which means you have to double-check important outputs. The responses can also be overly verbose at times. A more persistent memory across sessions and better accuracy on niche topics would make it even more powerful for professional use.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a founder, I used to spend a lot of time on content creation, research, and drafting communications. ChatGPT has significantly cut down that time, letting me focus on higher-level decisions. It helps me quickly prototype ideas, write product copy, and get unstuck when brainstorming — easily saving 5–10 hours a week.

 ### 13. Game-Changer for Code and Script Generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shashidhar k. | Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I find ChatGPT to be a game changer in my workflow, mainly using it for coding assistance and script generation. The user interface is clean and beginner-friendly, requiring no complicated setup, just a simple chat window to get started. I love how the sidebar organizes past conversations, making it easy to revisit them. The quality of code generation stands out since it not only generates code but also explains every concept and provides a proper solution with guidance on what to do next. I also appreciate the range of options available, like using GPT-4o for more advanced reasoning and the ability to upload images for context, plus the capacity to generate beautiful, realistic images and videos.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

In some parts like context window limitations, during long coding sessions when a conversation gets lengthy ChatGPT sometimes starts to forget the previous parts of discussion.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for coding assistance and script generation. It’s a game changer, providing clean, beginner-friendly UI. The sidebar helps revisit past chats, while the code generation not only provides solutions but thoroughly explains concepts, enhancing my workflow.

 ### 14. Transformed My Data Analyst Workflow with Fast SQL, Python Debugging, and Script Explanations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nidhi S. | Data Analyst Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I've been using ChatGPT as my morning tool as a data Analyst for the last 2 years and it is my saver. Basically it can vectorize Python code to scrub my data sets quickly, and assist me with complex SQL joins. Previously, I had to hunt for a small small syntax errors for hours on hours on StackOverflow but now, simply copy-paste the error here, and get the correct code in the blink of an eye. In addition, ChatGPT is useful when I need to convey my data insights to my business managers, converting difficult technical data points into extremely easy, professionally written English. Definitely saves much of my hard work.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it's providing completely incorrect Python libraries, or providing fake functions that don't exist in Python. The copying-pasting should NOT be done blindly, but you need to have some knowledge to verify them. Another one are that in very much lengthier chats it begins to forget about what our original conversation was, so I need to reiterate my situation or initiate a new chat. There is also a slight lag during the hours in office even on the paid version.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily, it's helping me speed and be more productive. Earlier, I spent 2-3 hours everyday to write complex SQL queries and debug them. Yesterday the same work in 15-20 minutes needs me to work for a long time with ChatGPT. It also assists me to think of new ways of analyzing a specific data set that is all over the map once I am in a "blank" state. I now have a shorter delivery round this is helping me and my manager is really pleased with my speed up delivery.

 ### 15. My Go-To Tool for Organized Work, Clear Emails, and Faster Report Analysis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It’s my go-to tool for keeping my day organized and getting quick answers on the plant site. I use it to help plan schedules and work, which saves me a good amount of time. Whenever I have technical questions, it works well. It’s also a huge help with my daily communication: I can send in my rough thoughts, and it polishes them into clear, well-written emails for the team. On top of that, it helps me quickly analyze daily production reports and draft material indents, taking a lot of the heavy lifting out of my day-to-day work.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

You can’t trust the output blindly, especially when you’re analyzing reports or asking complex technical questions. At times it will confidently provide an incorrect answer or misread the data. I’ve found you really need to double-check the reasoning before you act on any troubleshooting step or use it to draft requirements.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It speeds up my work. Instead of spending hours creating plans, finding the right words for a team update, or breaking down a report, I can get it done in minutes. Having a tool that works as a planning aid, a quick technical helper, and a writing assistant means I spend less time behind a screen and more time actually managing the plant site.

 ### 16. Impressive Excel Help and Realistic Images with ChatGPT

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riya D. | Founder's Office, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like handling my small Excel tasks through ChatGPT, and its output is genuinely impressive. It understands my prompts quickly and gives me realistic images. I can also make small edits to those images, and I’m able to collaborate with Canva to generate presentation templates as well.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

About 10% of the time, I get wrong or false responses from ChatGPT. That’s the main thing I don’t like about it.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes my small Excel work quick, which can take a lot of time if I do it manually in Excel. Second, I don’t need any graphic designers, as it creates very impressive graphics, infographics, and images, which saves me a lot of time compared with doing these things through any other application.

 ### 17. ChatGPT Simplifies Complex Tasks and Speeds Up Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hazal . | Finance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most is how ChatGPT simplifies complex tasks and speeds up workflows. Whether I’m drafting emails, analyzing financial data, or structuring reports, it consistently reduces manual effort and improves clarity, which helps us move faster and stay more efficient in day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One downside is that responses can sometimes lack depth or precision in highly specific situations, so the outputs need to be double-checked for accuracy. Also, refining prompts often takes some trial and error before you get the best results.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps us address challenges related to time-consuming communication, repetitive support requests, and the need for quick, reliable information. It allows us to draft replies, clarify questions, and deliver consistent support much more quickly. As a result, we can improve response times, reduce manual effort, and maintain a higher level of efficiency across our support processes.

 ### 18. Makes Complex Topics Simple, Needs Improved Accuracy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** miriam o. | Environmental Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for study, research, and work. It makes me understand difficult topics and makes my work easier. It helps me generate new ideas and aids me in writing and editing. I like how it makes complex topics and tasks appear easy and simple. It provides clear answers for a wide range of tasks. The initial setup process is very easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it can give out wrong answers. At times, the answers provided are so generic. I mainly experience accuracy issues when dealing with detailed research. It sometimes also tends to hallucinate. There was a time I was doing anime reviews on an anime Clevates, it gave me hallucinated characters and reviews. So I recommend improving accuracy and more up-to-date knowledge.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to understand difficult topics, make my work easier, generate new ideas, and it aids me in writing and editing.

 ### 19. Best Solutions in Seconds for Daily Problem Solving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish S. | Independent Contractor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Chatgpt helps me in my daily problem solving, whenever i get stuck in a problem related to my online work or anything else I immidiately go to chatgpt and ask the solution and it gives me the best solution in seconds. This is the best thing i like about chatgpt.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Chatgpt helps me in a lot of daily tasks but when i comes to generate something creative or complex, it messes up most of the times. It frustrate me everytime when i do not get what i want.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me chatgpt is helping hand. It helps me in my routine tasks and it does it better than me so that I can focus on more important tasks of my life and career.

 ### 20. Easy-to-Use UI and Powerful AI Data Analysis That Saves Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** max . | IT Helpdesk Technician, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The UI is easy to use, and the actual AI itself is great.

The biggest help for me has been the analysis of data sets to refine information. Saved tons of time doing this. We use a paid plan so our data is ringfenced, and this itself is a great option for someone like me in the line of work I am in.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it can be challenging to get the information you want from the AI, but this is honestly a me issue - you need to learn how to prompt to get what you want back.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large time-dependent tasks can be done while I work on other things, and the data gathered is arguably more accurate than what I'd have been able to discern myself.

 ### 21. Quick, Clear, Well-Structured Responses That Save Me Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arbaz K. | subject matter expert, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like ChatGPT best for its quick, clear, and well-structured responses, which make complex tasks easier to handle. It really helps me reduce the time my work takes, and I’m able to finish before the expected deadline.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I dislike that ChatGPT sometimes gives overly generic or repetitive responses instead of more tailored, context-specific guidance, but that isn’t really an issue for me. I’m usually able to manage it by adjusting and editing my prompt.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me by simplifying complex tasks, improving my communication drafts, and providing structured guidance. It saves me time, enhances clarity, and supports better decision‑making in my work. I also use ChatGPT for advice to make my work easier, and it saves me time and energy.

 ### 22. Versatile Tool for Productivity and Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Azam H. | Data Science Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like using ChatGPT because it consistently gives clear answers. It’s especially helpful for simplifying complex information, and I appreciate how well it adapts to different tasks—whether I’m learning, writing, creating images, or problem-solving—all in one place. I also find it valuable for explaining complex topics in detail, generating ideas for projects or content, producing images, and writing or refining things like emails, resumes, or code. On top of that, it’s useful for quick research, summarizing information, and getting step-by-step guidance when I need it. The initial setup was easy, which I really appreciate.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I dislike about ChatGPT is that it can sometimes provide inaccurate or incomplete information while sounding very confident, which means important facts often need to be verified. It may also misunderstand complex questions, give overly generic responses, or generate answers that are longer than necessary. Image generation and editing don’t always match the exact vision I’m requesting. Sometimes it also gives different answers to similar questions at different times. The code it generates often needs correction and debugging. It also doesn’t reliably remember context in generally long conversations.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve the problem of finding information, learning new skills, and getting assistance quickly without having to search through multiple websites. It benefits me by saving time, explaining things in simple language, and helping with writing, coding, brainstorming ideas, and answering questions whenever I need it. This makes learning, problem-solving, and everyday tasks more efficient and convenient.

 ### 23. Essential AI Assistant for Development and Product Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal S. | Product Operations Associate, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT daily while building and managing LocalConnect, especially for development, debugging, and content creation. It helps me quickly generate code snippets, fix errors, and understand concepts without spending hours searching documentation.

I also use it for writing product content, structuring ideas, and improving workflows. The biggest advantage is how fast it responds with clear and practical solutions, which saves a lot of time during development and operations.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes responses may not be perfectly accurate for very specific or complex edge cases, especially in advanced coding scenarios, so I still need to verify and test solutions manually.

Also, for highly context-heavy tasks, it may require multiple prompts to get the exact result, but overall it still speeds up the process significantly.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ChatGPT, solving coding issues or writing structured content required a lot of manual searching and trial-and-error. Now, I can quickly get solutions, explanations, and working code suggestions in one place.

It helps me reduce debugging time, speed up development, and manage both technical and operational tasks efficiently while working on LocalConnect. This improves productivity and allows me to focus more on building features instead of getting stuck on problems.

 ### 24. Clean UI and Powerful AI That Boosts Writing, Research, and Multilingual Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The UI is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes long work sessions much smoother. I mainly use ChatGPT for writing, QA reviews, AI response evaluation, research, and multilingual tasks, and the speed of generating and refining content has significantly improved my workflow and productivity. Features like tone adjustment, summarization, structured formatting, and contextual understanding save me hours each week.

The AI capabilities are the strongest aspect for me. It handles complex instructions well, adapts to different writing styles, and performs especially well when reviewing or improving detailed content. I also appreciate how naturally it switches between Arabic and English without losing clarity or quality.

From a performance perspective, responses are usually fast and consistent, even with detailed prompts. The platform also keeps improving with new features and model updates, which adds long-term value. In terms of ROI, it’s worth it for the amount of time saved on repetitive or time-consuming tasks.

One unexpected benefit was how useful it became for brainstorming, organizing thoughts, and improving professional communication. It often helps me refine ideas faster and more effectively than working manually.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes responses can still be inconsistent with highly detailed or nuanced prompts, especially when precision is critical. There are also cases where the model sounds confident while missing subtle context or instructions, so outputs still require human review. Another limitation is that conversation memory and context handling can occasionally feel inconsistent during long chats. While performance is generally strong, response quality can vary between updates or models.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ChatGPT, a lot of my work involved manually rewriting content, organizing feedback, summarizing long responses, and refining wording across different tasks. Reviewing AI-generated outputs and preparing structured evaluations was much more time-consuming and repetitive.

Now, I can complete those tasks significantly faster with better consistency. ChatGPT helps me quickly analyze responses, improve clarity, restructure feedback, brainstorm ideas, and switch between Arabic and English seamlessly. Tasks that used to take hours can often be completed in a fraction of the time, which has greatly improved my productivity and workflow efficiency.

It has also helped reduce mental load during repetitive tasks by speeding up research, drafting, and editing processes while still allowing me to focus on quality and final review. One major benefit has been improving the quality and professionalism of written communication without spending excessive time refining every detail manually.

I appreciate using ChatGPT for daily communication with clients or emails. It helps by suggesting professional language and checking for grammatical correctness. I have some nostalgic memories using it. The initial setup a few years back was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Recently, I've been asking the ChatGPT team the time in IST equals to time in New York or time in EST. Every time they gave me an answer with daylight saving on or off, and then I would tell them that don't give me daylight saving on/off time. You have to give me the current time. So that's where they ought to improve. And one more, that long Dash which ChatGPT and all open AI used, I have asked ChatGPT not to use for me still it uses.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love how I’m able to teach confidently using ChatGPT. It has truly helped me grow as a tech educator for kids and teenagers, and also as a tech-savvy IT professional.

With ChatGPT, I can create lesson notes and develop curriculum in a much shorter time. It also makes research easier and helps me build applications and programs faster than I normally would.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One thing I don’t particularly like is that responses can sometimes be too brief or lacking in detail, especially when I need fully developed explanations for teaching.

Also, the content doesn’t always match the learning level of my students. As someone who teaches kids and beginners, I need explanations that are simple, well-structured, and age-appropriate, which isn’t always the case by default.

 ### 33. The leader of LLMs remains the ideal solution for the general public

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The ease of use of ChatGPT is its main strength. A basic chat interface allows even the least "tech friendly" users to immediately understand how to start a conversation or ask a question. The more tech-savvy users can still make more complex requests (image generation, launching searches, etc.) quite easily.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Since ChatGPT was the first to popularize the LLM/AI market, it benefits from a huge user base, many of whom are not even aware that alternatives exist. ChatGPT remains one of the market leaders, and explaining what one dislikes about the product necessarily involves a comparison with its main competitors (or even smaller competitors). I would highlight 2 points:
- ChatGPT's competitors are often slightly ahead in releasing new models of their LLMs. The "challengers" in the market indeed have every interest in being technically better to gain users.
- ChatGPT is an American technology with servers in the United States. It is worth remembering this in the era of digital sovereignty. One might then prefer a French alternative like Mistral AI.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems solved by AI are numerous: from writing notes to vacation planning, the fields of application are very broad. Some examples of questions written in recent weeks:
- request for bird identification by showing a photo
- explanation of a complex scientific phenomenon to be able to explain it to an 8-year-old child
- translations into several languages
- financial calculations, etc.

Instead of spending hours searching through multiple websites, I can ask questions directly and get clear explanations tailored to my level of understanding. ChatGPT helps me prepare for interviews, improve my communication skills, brainstorm ideas, and organize my thoughts when working on assignments or presentations. I also use it to explore new technologies and learn skills relevant to my career goals. What I appreciate most is the conversational experience. It feels less like using a search engine and more like having a knowledgeable assistant available whenever I need guidance or a second opinion. I like its ability to provide personalized and interactive responses, allowing me to have a conversation, ask follow-up questions, and receive explanations tailored to my level of understanding. The initial setup was very easy, taking only a few minutes, and the interface was intuitive enough for me to begin using it immediately without any training or technical knowledge.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT can provide inaccurate or outdated information, especially on very specific or rapidly changing topics. I still need to verify important information from reliable sources. I would also like more consistent accuracy and better handling of highly technical or niche questions. The main area for improvement is consistency. While ChatGPT is usually very helpful, it occasionally provides incorrect or incomplete information on complex topics. Improving accuracy, especially for technical questions and rapidly changing information, would make it more reliable for learning and problem-solving.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT daily as a learning productivity companion. It helps me understand difficult concepts, solve coding problems, and explore new technologies easily. I appreciate the conversational experience and personalized responses that make learning faster and tailored to my understanding.

While ChatGPT is highly useful overall, there are areas where it could be improved. Occasionally, some responses are inaccurate, particularly in areas where information changes frequently, like details, pricing, software updates, or current events. In most cases, ChatGPT provides useful guidance, but I still verify important information through official sources when making decisions.

My biggest concern is the frequency of 'hallucinations,' where ChatGPT confidently provides incorrect or fabricated information as if it were a fact. This makes it risky to use for research or data-driven tasks without constant manual verification. I’ve found that it can sometimes mix up specific details or sources, which undermines its reliability for professional or academic use.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves the 'blank page' problem by acting as an instant brainstorming partner. It helps me overcome creative blocks by quickly generating outlines for project proposals and copy. **Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is incredibly versatile and easy to use. It helps me automate routine tasks, generate content quickly, solve technical problems, and improve productivity. The quality of responses, speed, and ability to understand context make it one of the most useful AI tools I use daily.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While ChatGPT is highly useful, there are times when responses may require additional verification, especially for highly specialized, real-time, or business-critical information. Occasionally, it may misinterpret complex requirements on the first attempt, requiring some prompt refinement to get the desired output. Additionally, access to the latest data can be limited without web-based information, so users may need to cross-check recent updates or time-sensitive details. Overall, these limitations are relatively minor compared to the productivity benefits it provides.

 ### 42. Fast, Intuitive AI That Delivers Helpful Answers Without Perfect Prompts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Honestly, the thing I like most is how it just gets what you're asking without needing perfect prompts. It feels like talking to a really knowledgeable friend — whether I need help drafting an email, figuring out a problem, or just thinking something through, it's genuinely useful. The interface is clean and simple, no learning curve at all. I also love how fast it is — you get a solid response in seconds. It's become one of those tools I open almost every day without even thinking about it.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The main thing that bothers me is the usage limits on the paid plan — you hit the cap on the more powerful model faster than you'd expect, especially during heavy use days, and then it drops you to a slower version. It can also sometimes be a bit overconfident, giving you an answer that sounds totally right but isn't 100% accurate, so you still have to double-check important stuff. Memory across conversations is still not perfect either. And honestly, the pricing feels a little steep if you're just an individual user rather than a business.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT has basically replaced a whole bunch of tools I used to juggle. Writing, research, brainstorming, summarizing long documents — it handles all of it in one place, which saves a ton of time. The API integrates really smoothly into other workflows and tools, so it's not just a standalone chat window — it plugs into things you're already using. Getting started was effortless too, no onboarding needed, you literally just start typing and it works. For the value it provides, the performance is impressive — responses are fast and the quality is consistently good. It's genuinely one of those tools that pays for itself quickly.

I really appreciate ChatGPT's accessibility and availability, which is the most important thing for me because it's always there when I need it. I love how it helps me with making deep searches, which is one of the best experiences I've had. When I give it a prompt, it provides a vast amount of information, saving me weeks of research time and delivering results in just about half an hour. Another thing I enjoy is its ability to generate and edit photos perfectly, which I use for my YouTube channel. The initial setup is super simple; you just sign in without any complicated steps.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The only problem I faced with ChatGPT is hallucination. It hallucinates sources, and sometimes the information is not real. That's something that has to be improved. It should be neutral and also real.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me generate perfect photos for my YouTube channel and conducts deep searches quickly, providing vast detailed information. However, it sometimes hallucinates sources which require additional checking.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me fix errors in my code and, sometimes, it even creates software for me. It also shows me the right path when I’m not sure what to do next. The ChatGPT Go plan is really cheap and affordable for me, and it helps me level up my work.

 ### 46. Versatile AI with Exceptional Visualization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaishnavi S. | HR Trainee, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for mostly everything, which includes learning new languages and preparing for higher studies and work. I find it valuable for situation-based queries, especially when it comes to money-related questions and research regarding my stream, work, and lifestyle improvement. I really like its free plan and how easy it is to use, and even though other competitors exist, I still prefer it. I also enjoy the data interpretation, image generation, and process flow charts, as they help me understand and remember concepts better. The initial setup was super easy—just download, go to the Play Store, and register. I find ChatGPT easy to integrate with Google Workspaces, MS Teams, and other apps based on my needs. The overall rating I'd give to ChatGPT is 9.5, which shows how much I value its capabilities.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It's limited free use chat plan, the ChatGPT couldn't interpret my voice notes well last time I subscribed. An easy to use voice interpretation which would be able to hold up long conversation and a good memory.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps with situation-based queries, money-related questions, and thorough research for my stream, work, and lifestyle improvement.

 ### 47. Deep Research Powerhouse with Custom Threads and Flexible Role Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alpana C. | Digital PR Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Deep research ability. I can store different activities in separate folders, I can save customized instructions. Each thread remembers my preferences on that particular thread and gives the favorable output. I can just snip pictures, questions and paste inside the chat. It understands my separate roles as a private tutor as well as digital marketer, and supports those roles. I have been using Chatgpt even before it became public and have been using it every single day for meal preps, writing, editing, wordpress troubleshooting, curriculum prep, coding, preparing autism friendly study lessons for my special needs students and much more

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It gives extra lengthy responses, even when I specifically ask for short to the point responses. It also gives incorrect responses and if someone doesn't know that topic well, could get convinced. Despite requesting, prompting and repeated instructions, the written responses always sound the same. After having used it for so long, I feel like I have lost my creative side and my brain has become foggy and excessively dependent on the tool

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a good tutor, being able to keep up in my role. It is like an assistant which gives me extra set of eyes to edit and audit my work.

 ### 48. A Daily Essential Tool for Work and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis F. | Gerente de Mercadotecnia Digital, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT has become a very valuable tool for both my professional and personal activities. At work it helps me create marketing strategies, improve scripts and written content, generate reports, draft emails, and even support the implementation of digital products and tools. It saves a lot of time and helps organize ideas quickly. Personally, it also helps me troubleshoot and maintain different tools and technologies I use. Overall, it’s very easy to use and extremely versatile.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Overall my experience has been very positive. Sometimes responses may require a bit of refinement or additional context to get the exact result you want, but that’s part of working with AI. In general, the tool is very powerful and continues to improve.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me speed up many daily tasks that would normally take much longer. It supports brainstorming, writing, editing content, solving technical questions, and structuring ideas quickly. This allows me to work more efficiently and focus more on decision-making instead of repetitive tasks.

 ### 49. Easy-to-Use UI and Powerful Personas That Speed Up Research Reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The UI is incredibly easy to use. The customisation to change personas and the type of responses / challenges you require is a great feature - you can really use this tool to challenge your work and thoughts.. Performance is quick and generally the content it has access too is very helpful. Ability to churn out research reports in a relatively quick time is highly valuable to save significant time to compliment your own work - the AI intelligence is great on this.

Integrations are simple, not used as much. Pricing plans are not expensive for the value received. Support/onboarding is minimal.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Can be a little laggy, especially when conversations increase.
Ghosting does occur where you get random thoughts and you challenge and receive a positive reply for spotting an error.
Often ChatGPT can get carried away with your requests and you need to be careful not to lose sight of what you actually require. Personas should be able to handle this somewhat.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A great tool to tackle time wasting tasks such as reviews of large amounts of text requiring summarising. Generally a great tool for the teams to use to confirm and validate ideas.

 ### 50. A Valuable Thinking Partner That Boosts Productivity and Clearer Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh S. | Market Intelligence Specialist, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

As someone who works across policy research, sustainability, and trade analysis, ChatGPT has become a valuable thinking partner for me. It helps me organize my ideas, polish presentations, and quickly synthesize complex information.

It feels like more than just a tool; it’s a real productivity multiplier that supports clearer thinking, faster learning, and more effective communication.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

At times, ChatGPT can oversimplify complex topics in an effort to provide quick answers. While that can make information easier to grasp, some areas especially policy, research, and industry analysis often require more nuance and context than it initially provides. That said, with the right prompts and thoughtful follow-up questions, it can still be a very effective tool for structured thinking and exploration.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me quickly structure complex information and turn ideas into clear outputs whether it’s policy research, trade analysis, or professional presentations. It saves significant time in organizing data, refining language, and brainstorming frameworks, allowing me to focus more on critical thinking and decision-making rather than the initial drafting process.
