## ChatGPT Reviews
 ### 1. Accurate and Reliable, But Needs Improvement in Coding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carmelino C. | Inbound Customer Support Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT to ask questions about general subjects. Also to solve doubts, find new knowledge and insights, which help me be more confident in my daily personal and professional tasks. Compared to other chatbots, ChatGPT seems to be more accurate, reliable, and solid. I believe that being accurate is perhaps the most important thing for a chatbot because we use them to look for information we don’t know. Reliability is the second most important aspect, as it confirms what accuracy delivers. The solidity of ChatGPT is also crucial because it's important to have consistent information.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT isn’t yet so good for coding or mathematics. That makes me look for other available ChatBots. I think it could be more broad on what it can do with excellence.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves doubts, delivers knowledge and insights, and helps me be more confident in my daily personal or professional tasks.

 ### 2. Great Daily Experience with ChatGPT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan S. | Security Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Overall, it’s great. It does everything properly and quickly. The interaction is straightforward: you give it a prompt and then wait for the response. It’s decent for coding, and it’s also good for understanding new concepts or summarizing articles and blogs. Better than gemini for sure.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It’s slightly on the costly side, though not by much compared to the alternatives. Other than that, I haven’t run into any issues with ChatGPT in my day-to-day use. Sometimes it acts up with coding or make the code unnecessarily complicated but still manages to save time.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly I use it for summarizing the articles and blogs, and some coding on the side. It is quite good at both and saves a lot of time. I do not use the APIs (yet) for integration with tools, but I soon will.

 ### 3. Versatile Assistant for IT and Language Learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josué F. | IT Monitoring Specialist @ KLx

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like the function where you can ask ChatGPT to act as a specific person, like an IT technician. It helps me by giving step-by-step guidance to solve technical issues, which is very helpful. Also, ChatGPT helps me by acting like a teacher to give me tips on improving my French pronunciation and broadening my general knowledge of the language. I appreciate the ease of setup, as getting started with ChatGPT was simple, just a matter of installing the app, logging in, creating an account, and beginning to use it.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It could be improved the way it gives answers, especially sometimes it doesn't give the right answer. You are not a specialist in the area, you could, blindly believe what the AI is telling you what ChatGPT is telling. And at the end, it would be either a wrong answer or one that's not so correct or not so accurate. So maybe it needs more improvement on this.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to pinpoint IT issues and get root cause analysis, which is invaluable when I can't remember solutions. It also acts as a language teacher, helping me improve my French pronunciation and knowledge.

 ### 4. Smart, User-Friendly Collaboration Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amer H. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I find ChatGPT to be a smart and intuitive collaboration partner. I use it for various tasks like work, research, organizing thoughts, ideating, conceptualization, cleaning up language in emails, bouncing ideas, and even translation. I appreciate the very smart responses and helpful insights it provides, all within a user-friendly interface. The free tier is also very useful for most of my tasks. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Free tier limits could be increased. There needs to be a visual editor for streamlining output because after a while the chat becomes too long and it's hard to organize. Also, sometimes the chat changes and contradicts things it says itself which makes things confusing.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT as a smart and intuitive collaboration partner for work, research, ideating, and organizing thoughts, offering helpful insights and a user-friendly interface, even at the free tier.

 ### 5. Life-Saving Guidance and Personalized Interaction

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janie M.

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that ChatGPT has an understanding of my personality and uses phrasing that resonates with me. It offers objectivity that I might lack and presents ideas that haven't occurred to me or my husband, expanding my ability to navigate uncomfortable territory. I appreciate that the AI understands my communication style and connects with me, even if it's just AI. Setting up ChatGPT was extremely easy, and I feel confident in recommending it to others.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

When I'm trying to dig deep into a problem, sometimes ChatGPT won't be willing to continue with the topic. THAT is frustrating. If the AI comes across a block, communicating the reason for the block is far better than simply implementing it and refusing to progress.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to improve my income stream, create recipes, evaluate job fits, and make health inquiries. It provided life-saving guidance for my husband and offers objective ideas, expanding my ability to navigate challenges.

 ### 6. A Huge Time-Saver for Drafting, Planning, and Sparking Better Ideas

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I used it extensively for first draft of my work and basic plans. It saves a lot of time and effort and gives varies ideas that I can implement at work. So. I love the fact that it gives ideas, refines my thoughts when needed and sometimes even acts as my coach.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It hallucinates often. Sometimes it’s really difficult to help it understand the context.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m a communications professional, and this helps me with almost all of my ideation and planning. It also serves as a second pair of eyes, helping me make sure my work is error-free.

 ### 7. Understands Intent and Context and nuance better than any Ai in the market today

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jigar M. | Associate Quality Assurance Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Its ability to understand the intended motive behind the query and making connections between the past conversations

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

No dislikes i have been using it for past 3 years thoughout the models they have been releasing they are getting better and better at solving problems
The hallucination is at all time low but its still there and its the problem with all of them so nothing specific

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solve and debug issues in Stored procedure and handling my teams and emails directly from chat gpt , use scheduled message for affirmations and working out and diet advice
Breaking down complex requirements

 ### 8. Accurate, Fast Code Help That Boosts My Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mani s. | data engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The best thing I like about chagpt is that it can provide accurate code that I need for my project. Sometimes it generates code that is optimized, doesn’t break in production, and the responses are much quicker and faster. I use it to make a POC for my project and to debug code changes.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it forgets the actual context, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves bugs in my project code and provides groundbreaking solutions, and it helps me finish my project very quickly. It also breaks down the code line by line, which makes it easier for me to understand.

 ### 9. Effortless Code Assistance and Versatile Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishna Mohan . | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT to write code and it gives me full code when I provide a prompt for adding features to a website. Its multiversity is great, offering step-by-step guidance when I'm confused, and helping me learn about things I'm completely ignorant of. I also use it for paraphrasing and grammar correction with Google Docs. It's very easy to use, and the features for asking questions are very good.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Its complex mathematical problem solving skill is still a bit lacking and its analysis for advanced circuital problem can be improved further. If image generation could be a bit faster that would be great and if very realistic video generation features can be brought that would really add beauty in it.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to write code and get suggestions. It gives me the full code for features I want to add. Its multiversity helps when I'm confused or ignorant, providing step-by-step guidance. I also use it for paraphrasing and grammar correction.

 ### 10. Personalized Outreach and Deeper Company Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vighnesh S. | Senior BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I've used it to personalize my outreach, and also understand more about the companies I am reaching out to, whilst using it to alter my messaging as well

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It doesn't do a lot of stuff automatically, still lacks native integration with some major tools I use, and I cannot continue a conversation in another box without overusing the tokens.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing a bit more about the companies I speak with. Helping me personalize things about them so that I can make sure I have context before I reach out to them, rather than just reaching out to them out of the blue

 ### 11. ChatGPT Makes Everyday Work Faster and Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle T. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love using ChatGPT because it helps me get things done so much faster. Whether I’m writing emails, creating responses, or just trying to organize my thoughts, it makes everything easier. It saves me a lot of time during the day and helps me word things better than I sometimes can on my own. I use it all the time now for work and everyday tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The only thing I dislike is that I run out of credits because I end up using it so much.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps solve the problem of spending too much time writing emails, responses, and other messages. It helps me organize my thoughts and put things into words quickly. The biggest benefit is that it saves me time and helps me communicate more clearly during my workday.

 ### 12. Fast, Reliable Performance and Strong AI Modules for Everyday Tasks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj J. | DevOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like GPT’s performance. It feels faster than its competitors, and the new AI modules are pretty good for day-to-day tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

These days, GPT seems to be degrading in performance on more complex tasks. The UI also feels very basic. In complex tasks, the responses it gives are often not well structured.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chat GPT is helping with everyday basic things. My Google searches are replased by GPT searches.

 ### 13. Versatile Tool, Excels in Critical Analysis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT virtually every day for a variety of tasks, it's a very versatile tool. I appreciate that it's more useful than web searches for learning about concepts in depth rather than just getting one web search response and/or that lead to generic websites. Compared to other AIs, I feel ChatGPT is usually the better option for most tasks. It's better at conversation, reviewing my ideas, and doing critical analysis instead of just agreeing with everything I say. This helps improve my decision-making process by adding more context. The initial setup on PowerShell and the browser/phone was very easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Well, with GPT 5.4, an issue I've had every now and then is with hallucinations. Sometimes it would hallucinate answers that would seem correct, and I might go with that answer because it says it with such confidence. So that's one issue that has affected me a few times. What I do now is, if it's a somewhat important topic I use a second pair of eyes, I might get another AI to review the answer just to make sure that it's accurate.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find ChatGPT more useful than web searches for learning new concepts at a deeper level, beyond just answering specific questions.

 ### 14. Efficient Content Generation, Room for Media Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT to generate content like slides, official emails, analysis, and memos. It helps me be creative in content generation, particularly with images, while avoiding copyright issues. It's a bullet-proof tool for picking up missed action items or deadlines and can summarize the main points efficiently when humans might miss important information. I think it is quite user-friendly, fast, and can continue from previous conversations. The speed of text generation or summarization is impressive. It was very easy to set up. On value side, ChatGPT is a nobrainer. The subscriptions are giving enough for a team to measure a net productivity increase especially on marketing and product teams.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think on the other side the speed of other content like photo or video is particularly slow at times and the first images or video generation are usually not satisfactory and need to be refined. The mix of text in images is not a strong point of ChatGPT with at times a lot of grammatical mistakes, typos inside the images. The hallucination rate is also a bit high on first tries and need to reconfirm with ChatGPT to obtain the correct outputs

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to generate content like slides, emails, and memos, and it summarizes long documents. It helps with creative content generation without copyright issues and ensures no key action items or deadlines are missed.

 ### 15. Versatile Tool for Efficient Information Access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raviranjan T. | Ambassador, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I really like ChatGPT for its ability to provide proper explanations and deep thinking, which makes certain tasks easier and results significant to real life. It's great for handling different queries, whether they're related to studies, general knowledge, or more technical based tasks, like creating Google Forms and images. I also appreciate how using ChatGPT can manage and save a lot of time compared to doing these activities manually. Lastly, the initial setup is very straightforward and simple, just requiring a Google account which is easier than I imagined.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think when we use ChatGPT, there might be a problem of limits. So if it can be solved, it will be easier for individual organization work for NGOs and different types of organizations related to youth clubs. Students, or something else. Also, when we create images, three or four, and then suddenly it will come that the limit is on your side, ChatGPT. Now it will open again after twenty-four hours or twelve hours.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves daily log problems by providing stepwise strides to find answers to questions related to studies, general knowledge, and politics. It also offers proper explanations, making tasks easier and managing time effectively.

 ### 16. Better Answers Than Most AI Tools, Plus Stronger Image Generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerardo E. | Paid Ads Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that I can ask it whatever I want, and it usually gives me a better answer than most AI tools I use day to day. On the image side, it’s improved a lot lately, and I’ve also been able to use it to generate creatives.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I don’t like that the information about coding or specific processes related to ads platforms—such as Meta Ads conversion tracking—doesn’t feel very accurate or well-informed.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me solve everyday issues and handle processes I’m not usually familiar with when I’m doing media buying. It also provides me with clear guidelines on copywriting.

 ### 17. Structured Solutions, Needs Real-Time Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Somya A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for various tasks like writing code, getting travel suggestions, and even exploring astrology and palm reading. I like how ChatGPT structures the topics based on the commands I give, and it follows instructions well. When I want to write specific code, I can specify inputs, datatypes, and desired outputs, and sometimes provide reference code. ChatGPT outputs the results accordingly, which is really helpful. Setting it up was very easy, just a sign-up, and it's straightforward to use from there.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

First thing, it takes time to load. From before, the loading time is better, but it can be improved further. Also, sometimes it gives old information, not new, and doesn't provide real-time information.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT gives me solutions and ideas, and it explains topics at my level of understanding. It structures topics as I command by following specific instructions, making it valuable to write code with precise inputs and outputs.

 ### 18. A Versatile Ally in Streamlining Tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy W. | eCommerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

One of my favorite features is when you ask ChatGPT to do something and it gives you a response, it will also prompt you and suggest other things that you might like, such as offering to provide the response in a PDF format or creating some branding to go with it. I find that really helpful. It also knows who you are and, the more data you input, the more it learns about what you want to use it for. If you've had a previous conversation along similar lines, it will remember that and help adapt your answer to each different scenario, which is just phenomenal. It's like having a team member that you're training; the better ChatGPT understands your requirements, the better output it gives you. Also, it's very polite and friendly, which is always a bonus.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Obviously, cost. Seems a little bit pricier with the amount of time that it saves.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT buys me back time in my day, getting tasks done in minutes instead of longer. It helps tick off tedious tasks on my to-do list easily, like difficult emails, speeding up my workflow. I put in the info, edit the response, and the task is done.

 ### 19. Quick and Clear Coding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akriti j. | Senior Member of Technical Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like ChatGPT for its quick and clear responses, which help me solve coding issues faster and understand complex technical concepts easily. It efficiently assists with debugging and saves a lot of time on writing professional emails and documentation. I appreciate that it supports both technical and non-technical tasks, providing fast and reliable solutions whether it's for coding, interview preparation, or professional communication. Its ease of use and lack of a learning curve made the initial setup quick and effortless. Compared to other search methods, ChatGPT offers faster responses, better explanations, and more practical solutions. Overall, it saves time and improves productivity.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT gives answers that are too generic for specific technical problems, so a bit more context is needed to get the exact solution. It would be better if ChatGPT provided more up-to-date answers for the latest technologies and offered more precise solutions for highly specific technical issues on the first attempt.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for coding support and documentation, it solves coding issues faster, simplifies complex concepts, and saves time. It provides reliable support for technical and non-technical tasks, offering faster responses and better explanations than previous resources.

 ### 20. Time Saving Machine

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaishnavi K. | Qaulity Assurance Engineer , Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It saves my time when I confused or I've lots of workload to manage. The results from chatGPT I got are most of accurate. So that I don't need to give much time to the same task.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes, it shares repeated results. Also, sometimes I challenge it's result & it says, "yes you're right".

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned earlier, it saves my time. Before using chatGPT I was unable to manage my workload & save the time but After using it, it saves me.

 ### 21. Versatile, Accurate, but Needs Consistency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek S. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for solving coding problems, learning new tech and tools, and creating a clear roadmap. I like its well-defined responses which make things easier to understand. I also appreciate its different versions that help in daily life. For example, when I want to cook something, it gives me a complete recipe; if I'm stuck in code, it provides a solution; and when I'm confused about the path, it creates a clear roadmap for me. The initial setup was quick and well-defined.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Different versions give different levels of answers. Some might be hallucinated; for example, when I want to create an app, it might generate the code, but sometimes it doesn’t align with my requirements.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to solve coding issues, learn new tech, and create clear roadmaps. It provides complete recipes, solutions when stuck in code, and helps define roadmaps for guidance, solving many roadmap-related problems.

 ### 22. Intuitive, Versatile, and A Daily Essential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin C. | Director of Talent Acquisition, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for everything, and it's become my everyday go-to. I find it to be a very useful resource for health information, local events, recipes, and writing conversational text. I really appreciate the ease of use, efficiency, and accuracy it offers. The creativity in how I can use it stands out to me, and when trying to compose data sheets or templates, it gives me some great ideas. When organizing different referral sources on candidates, ChatGPT provided a really great idea and template on the most efficient way to use it. I find it very intuitive and it understands what I'm asking, and setting it up was extremely easy. I highly recommend ChatGPT to my colleagues, friends, and family.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the formatting is not what I was looking for. It might be in the advanced version, which I have not done yet, but overall, I'm very, very pleased with ChatGPT.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for its intuitive understanding and efficiency. It helps organize data and create templates, providing great ideas. It's a useful resource for health info, local events, and more, making it my everyday go-to.

 ### 23. Versatile Tool for Everyday Tasks, But Lacks STEM Precision

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman P. | Head of Artificial Intelligence, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like using ChatGPT for a variety of general tasks, especially when I need to validate a new idea or gain certain information. It's quite handy for document editing as well, allowing for context understanding and idea correction. I find it incredibly useful for image-related tasks like editing, uploads, and generating new images, and I think it does a way better job than NanoBanana. ChatGPT also helps in creating diet and workout plans, which is great for my health-related needs. I appreciate how fast the responses are, making the tasks more efficient. Also, I generally use the voice mode for input, which is way faster than typing, and that's a big help for me.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think somehow it is not working for me. I know it's kind of slow in terms of response. I've seen a lot of hallucination and incorrect answers, especially with science, technology, engineering, or math tasks. For these STEM tasks, I don't use ChatGPT. I generally use Cloud Code for coding because I've found ChatGPT's response time longer.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for document editing, image editing and generation, and creating diet and workout plans. It helps generate ideas, rephrase sentences, and look up or correct document content efficiently.

 ### 24. AI Tools Enhancing Task Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison M. | Social Media Marketing Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The most helpful thing about ChatGPT is using it for brainstorming and drafting social media plans. The biggest upsides are that it’s easy to use and simple to integrate into daily life. It also helps me apply what I learn from the new Learn feature to older models, and it supports my custom website research as well. I use it frequently throughout the week.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The least helpful part is how easy it is to implement for certain tasks. At times, when I’m drafting or searching, it ends up pulling up incorrect information, which makes it less reliable in those moments.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that ChatGPT is solving for me include helping with college learning and working through ideas for social media posting. It supports me by drafting potential posts and helping me understand the best times to schedule them. It also benefits me when I’m drafting emails, and when I’m trying to identify weak points and figure out how to communicate better with individuals so I can get my point across more clearly.

 ### 25. Efficient Research, Needs Better Export Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I find ChatGPT really helpful for consolidating and summarizing results much faster and more efficiently than I can on my own. It does a good job finding the most relevant transactions, multiples, and buyers for my research. I like the accuracy of precedent transactions once I describe the target business in detail. ChatGPT's ability to summarize results while highlighting important factors like valuation of transactions and potential buyer names is also a big plus. The initial setup was quite easy, as our organization purchased an account and I set myself up under the account and started asking questions and building some standardized prompts. ChatGPT was helpful in coming up with these prompts for topics that were useful to me (i.e. buyer research, precedent transacation screens, public comp tables, valuation considerations, etc.) It's not any specific feature that stands out, but the general functionality is what I find really helpful.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It would be very helpful if it could export precedent transaction data to Excel so I can sort and filter the results based on specific criteria and manipulate as I would like. It would also be amazing if it could present the results in a format that my firm usually uses. For example, a good integration would be if I could feed my firm template for a buyers list into ChatGPT and then run my prompt for a buyers list and the result is a powerpoint file in my firm's format wiht a list of prospective buyers for the company.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me consolidate and summarize research results faster, efficiently finding relevant transactions, multiples, and buyers, saving me from hours of manual search. The accuracy of the results is strong and reliable, as the many hours long industry and buyer research that I usually do returns largely the same results as ChatGPT. Now that I've used the product for close to a year, I have built a high level of confidence in the results and know that I am receiving accurate information. Pricing is reasonable and our firm receives good value for the price paid.

 ### 26. Essential Tool for Academic Research and Queries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor o. | Cyber Defense Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like how ChatGPT is very easy to use and how it really seems to understand the user. When I create prompts, it answers like it really knows what I want. It's well coded to provide human-like responses. ChatGPT makes research easier because, when I'm looking for something, it brings out all the different types of responses I need, allowing me to easily select what aligns with my needs.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think registration for students should be way cheaper than the normal pro version. The free version is quite okay, but we're students, so we need access to all this knowledge and all of that. I think they should kind of reduce their pricing or probably bring out a pricing structure specifically for students.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for research and to answer questions in fields I'm unfamiliar with. It helps in assignments by providing the right kind of answers.

 ### 27. Save Time with Practicality and Intuitive Memory

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cleber G. | Analista Senior, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT to improve the writing of emails and reports based on the sources I provide, and it saves me a lot of time. I like the practicality of separating topics and the memory and correlation between conversations. When I check similar topics, I ask it to identify them, and it brings the information I need coherently. Additionally, I found the initial setup of ChatGPT simple.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Research in external sources does not always bring a source that is truly relevant to the subject of the conversation. When I request research and ask for the sources, often the source comes just to justify a part of the text given by the chat and not the requested theme or subject, which pollutes the results.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to improve the writing of emails and reports, saving a lot of my time. It brings convenience by separating topics and has a good memory for correlating conversations, helping to find coherent information.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I don’t think we can use it for content writing yet. It does give good answers overall, but when it comes to writing, it tends to produce very similar-looking responses for every content-writing requirement.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes my daily life easy, whenever I stuck somewhere or I just got curious to know something I use it to know the reasons and answers to my questions.

It has changed my whole process of understanding. It’s precise and to the point, and it highlights the most relevant things. We’re learning through ChatGPT every day, and it’s been genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Image generation is still not up to the mark. It needs a better understanding of the prompt and the context in which it’s asked, so it can produce much better and more realistic results. The same goes for video generation too.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From resource allocation to inventory management, and from the knowledge base to expert advice, it helps across the most useful areas of the education industry.

 ### 30. Vital Daily Tool with Room for Speed Improvement

**Reviewed by:** Bala M. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is one of the most important tools in my daily life. It solves a lot of problems, especially in plan making, idea suggestions, budget making, and learning new things quickly, which really helps me a lot. I like that ChatGPT gives quick responses and offers possible solutions. When I ask a question about a problem, it provides an answer with possible solutions, like giving real-time examples. Setting up ChatGPT was also very easy and beginner-friendly. It's my favorite tool ever.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes its loading speed is very slow or shows an error. If I ask a big question prompt, it takes more time, or otherwise, the tab crashes. This is a major issue while using ChatGPT.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me with plan making, budget making, and learning new things quickly. It provides quick responses and possible solutions, especially helpful for questions like how to learn coding easily with real-time examples.

 ### 31. Turns Rough Operational Ideas Into Clear, Actionable Frameworks

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad Yaqub S. | Senior Manager - Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Structuring Operational & Process Thinking — Since I work a lot with operations, CPS tracking, reporting, and coordination across multiple projects, ChatGPT helps me convert rough ideas into clear, structured frameworks. It’s also useful for breaking down big workflows into practical, step-by-step execution plans. On top of that, it can help highlight gaps, risks, and areas for improvement so I can tighten up the process and stay on track.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the responses are more detailed than I need when I’m looking for a quick, crisp answer. Occasionally, I have to re-prompt to get it to match the exact business context or tone I’m after. And for very organization-specific processes, it still needs my validation or some customization.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI is the future, and tools like ChatGPT are helping me adapt faster, learn faster, and solve problems more efficiently in both professional and practical scenarios.

 ### 32. Effortless Integration, Powerful Work Companion

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I utilize ChatGPT for a variety of work applications, including aiding in market research, curating emails, proofreading legal documents, developing action plans, and modifying documents. I absolutely love that it's very easy to use and can be integrated with other tools and platforms. The integrations with other work applications and platforms are tremendous time savers, as they help streamline the flow of information between systems and personnel. On a daily basis, ChatGPT aids in streamlining communication channels, and it's especially useful while on the road for ensuring accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and professionalism.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I'd love the ability to upload more external images within chats and have it actually create PDF documents on my behalf. I'd love to see some clearer fact checking from the chatbots and more accuracy in current market information. I wish the chatbots would be more consistent in the brilliance of its research and delivery. I would suggest less verbosity and more directness from the chatbots. Some responses are too long, padded, overly cautious, or full of junk.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for market research, email curation, proofreading, and more. It streamlines communication, improves accuracy in writing, and integrates with other tools to save time by easing information flow.

 ### 33. Intuitive UI, Functional Integration, Needs Better Outputs

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like the UI of ChatGPT. It's super easy to use and super easy to understand, making it easy to teach my teammates and manage our files. It's also convenient to start new projects and work on them collaboratively. Another thing I appreciate is that we can link ChatGPT to OpenClaw without having to pay extra. It's very easy to set up, and we were able to export our personal ChatGPTs and start using a team ChatGPT effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think the model is just not as good as Anthropic Claude. It is a helpful thing, and it is a revolutionary tool, but it is not as good as other models that give less AI sounding responses. And are much more intuitive in giving more in-depth responses to be able to implement things realistically.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for copywriting, problem-solving, management, and decision-making, which helps complete tasks and makes my team more efficient.

 ### 34. An Essential Productivity Tool for Recruiters and Training Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jahera s. | Non IT Technical recruiter, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is extremely helpful for quick problem-solving, content creation, and learning. It provides clear, well-structured, and personalized responses for tasks like resume building, interview preparation, technical explanations, and professional writing. It saves time by giving accurate information in one place and helps improve communication and confidence and it is available 24/7 and easy to use. It supports multiple use cases such as career development, documentation, research, and daily queries. It adapts to different learning levels, simplifies complex topics, and helps users work more efficiently. It also enhances creativity and productivity by generating ideas, summaries, and well-written content quickly.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One of the least helpful aspects is that it sometimes stops responses in the middle and asks users to subscribe or wait to continue. This can interrupt workflow, especially when working on important tasks or tight deadlines..

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps address key challenges in recruitment and training by streamlining resume screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview preparation. It supports the creation of structured interview questions, evaluation forms, and feedback reports. It also assists in developing training materials, onboarding guides, and learning content, reducing manual workload and improving consistency. Additionally, it helps standardize communication with candidates and employees, saving time and improving overall hiring and training efficiency.

We struggled with time-consuming manual resume screening, unstructured interview preparation, and inconsistent training documentation, but now we can quickly analyze resumes, create standardized interview guides, and develop clear training materials, which has resulted in improved hiring quality and faster onboarding. Earlier, each hiring cycle required several hours of manual effort for screening and documentation, but after implementing ChatGPT, we reduced this time by nearly 40–50%, improved communication consistency, and enhanced candidate and employee engagement. This has also helped lower operational costs, minimize errors, and allow the recruitment and training team to focus more on strategic workforce planning and talent development.

 ### 35. Versatile Assistant Boosts Productivity and Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aarohan s. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I really like the versatility and speed of ChatGPT, as it handles tasks like content writing, SEO optimization, and coding efficiently, saving me from switching between different tools and improving productivity. It's impressive how quickly it generates ideas and structured content such as blog outlines and technical explanations, especially under tight deadlines. I appreciate its ability to adapt to various tones and writing styles, which is great for handling diverse client requirements. It smoothly integrates into my workflow for platforms like WordPress, enhancing content generation and optimization for client projects. Overall, it acts like a reliable assistant that boosts creativity and efficiency in my daily tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While ChatGPT is extremely helpful, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the responses can be slightly generic or repetitive, especially when working on highly specific or niche topics. Another limitation is that some information can be outdated or not fully accurate, particularly for fast-changing industries, so fact-checking is necessary before publishing content or implementing technical solutions. For longer or more complex tasks, the output may sometimes lose context or require multiple prompts to get the desired result, which can slow down the workflow slightly when precision is important. Additionally, while it’s very capable, it doesn’t fully replace human creativity and expertise, especially for strategic thinking or highly customized client requirements.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me overcome writer's block, generate ideas quickly, optimize content, and streamline technical tasks, boosting my productivity and workflow efficiency.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Hallucinations and the fact that sometimes memory mixes everything up.

Chat GPT is a daily assistant for writing letters, emails, and responding to very long requests that a traditional search engine cannot answer. It saves me time every day and has become indispensable.

 ### 37. Comprehensive, User-Friendly Tool for All Your website design needs.

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use this tool to create content for my professional business services webpage. It’s very easy to use and provides information across a wide range of topics, including law, news, politics, company share prices, and general updates. It covers almost everything I need, and I use it daily for work and for researching a broad range of subjects. I haven’t implemented it as an add-in tool, because I find it just as easy to use in a browser on a separate screen.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

As with any similar tool, it's important to ask the right questions/prompts in order to receive accurate answers. Mastering the art of prompt writing is essential to get the most out of it.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s great for auditing the code for my professional website. It identifies issues and provides suggestions and corrections. This would normally be done by a human, but using ChatGPT saves me time because I don’t have to do a detailed manual review of the code. ### 38. Pioneering Gen-AI Tool That Shows Promise

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is straightforward in its approach. The tool is easy to navigate and I can quickly test various scenarios with its GPT creator. The responses are quick and mostly accurate. It can certainly be a productivity booster if you find the right use case for it.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While my responses have mostly been accurate, I'm not at a level of comfort where I can completely trust them without scrutiny.

Additionally, Enterprise pricing is acceptable but still prohibitive.

My biggest concern is the enormous scale of AI-driven infrastructure rollout. It has disrupted global supply chains for consumer and prosumer components, negatively impacting my personal and professional life.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My role is that of Project Manager. I spend most of my day planning, coordinating and communicating status of project activities. ChatGPT has helped me quickly understand the current state of projects when provided the right data. My benefit is mostly time savings but my current comfort level with the tool requires me to give back some of those savings when having to scrutinize the results.

 ### 39. An Indispensable Tool for Streamlined Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren H. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I find ChatGPT exceptionally good for writing communications and emails to senior stakeholders, as it ensures that they are succinct and punchy. It is very useful for iterating through suggestions and keeping track of project progress, helping me draft stakeholder updates with all the necessary information. I love ChatGPT's accessibility; I've never experienced any downtime when I needed it. Its capabilities are amazing across all versions, including the free version and image generation, which I find very good and superior to some other tools. It handles prompts effectively, even when the prompt isn't perfectly formulated. I also appreciate how it acts as a sparring buddy during brainstorming, raising questions or angles I might not have considered for project planning. The overall setup was very simple using our work emails, and the platform is very user-friendly, making it easy for anyone to pick up.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I'm not sure if I've just not explored it enough, but with two other popular tools, Gemini and Claude, you have the ability to create skills and projects and refine the tasks further that you want to deep dive into. I see ChatGPT as a jack of all trades. It's a general all-rounder, but if I was looking for specific skills to be managed over a long period of time, I would probably lean more on Gemini or Claude.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for writing concise communications, brainstorming ideas, and project planning by raising questions I hadn't considered. It's great at drafting stakeholder updates, iterating suggestions, and ensuring nothing's missed in projects.

 ### 40. Turns Rough Ideas Into Strong Drafts Fast

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most is how quickly it turns rough ideas into something usable. I use it a lot to tighten copy, sense-check messaging and structure drafts—things that would normally take much longer.

It’s especially helpful for adjusting tone, making technical content easier to understand, and sharpening hooks so they land better with journalists. That’s sped up my workflow and improved first drafts.

It’s also a good sounding board. It helps spot gaps, challenge ideas and suggest angles I might not have thought of.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

At times, responses can feel a bit generic or overly polished, especially on first draft. That means I often need to push it further to get something sharper or more distinctive.

It can also be inconsistent with tone, sometimes leaning too formal or repetitive, which slows things down when I’m aiming for a more natural, concise style.

Another challenge is accuracy or confidence in niche topics. It can sound certain even when details need checking, so I still have to sense-check anything more technical or sensitive.

It would be helpful to see stronger control over tone from the outset, less repetition, and clearer signals on how confident it is in more specialist areas.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend a lot of time turning rough ideas into clear drafts and refining tone and structure. Now we can get to a strong first version much faster.
It helps shape content, simplify complex topics and adjust messaging for different audiences. This has reduced drafting time and improved the quality of first drafts.
Overall, it saves time, improves consistency and makes it easier to develop and refine ideas quickly.

 ### 41. Effortless Use, Needs Improved Accuracy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anubhav A. | Student, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for almost everything from basic searches to deep research, exam preparation, or any doubts that I have. I love that it gives to the point answers, so I don't need to read a paragraph to get the information I need. I appreciate the ease of use and instant replies. It explains things in a very easy way that a rookie can easily understand, and if I want, I can just say - explain it to me like I'm a 5-year-old child. These features help me save a lot of time, and I don't need to do much hard work. The setup was pretty simple and easy; we just needed to provide questions, and ChatGPT would help us with the answers.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT doesn't double-check itself before answering, so sometimes it takes time to give answers and provides wrong answers too. You can't be fully dependent on it and need to use your own critical thinking to understand if it's right or wrong. It also doesn't stick to its own answer; if I say something is wrong and another thing is right, then ChatGPT will not deny the wrong fact and vice-versa.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT provides to-the-point answers, saving me time and effort. It's easy to use, offers instant replies, and explains concepts simply for better understanding.

 ### 42. Easy-to-Digest, Well-Structured Answers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carole L. | Director of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love the way it formats answers in sections. Very easy to digest, even if you're in a rush and just skimming.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It sometimes delivers incorrect or dated information; for instance, I used it all the time for onsite how-tos (like how do I set up my gmail so it filters out the promo emails?) and it must be giving me information based on a prior version of Google

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me a lot of time trying to figure out where things are located on a website (especially billing for my expense reports)

 ### 43. Fast, Versatile Writing and Brainstorming Assistant That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent L. | IT Technician, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is how quickly it helps me turn ideas into clear, usable output. It’s great for drafting and polishing writing, summarizing and organizing information, brainstorming options, and explaining technical topics in a simple way. It saves a lot of time, adapts to the tone and detail I need, and is especially useful for troubleshooting, learning, and getting a strong first draft that I can refine.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it can be too confident even when it’s not fully certain, so I still need to verify important details.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve everyday productivity and problem solving tasks, like drafting emails and documentation, summarizing long content, brainstorming solutions, and troubleshooting technical issues. The main benefit is speed, it reduces the time it takes to go from a question or rough idea to a clear plan or draft. It also improves quality by helping structure my thoughts, catch gaps, and explain things in a way that’s easier to share with others.

 ### 44. Essential Academic Aid and Versatile Companion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shlok U. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I mainly use ChatGPT for academic purposes like coding and projects, and I honestly can’t imagine my life without it because it has helped me in everything from academics to personal development. It works as a great summary generator for long YouTube videos, which saves me a lot of time, and it also helps me debug code errors. ChatGPT breaks down complex topics that I couldn’t fully understand from my professors, saving me hours of searching for clear explanations.

It has also sparked my interest in AI, which ultimately led me to choose AIML as my career path. I love that ChatGPT can create stunning images and understand almost all languages in the world. Even when my grammar isn’t perfect, it still gives efficient and accurate answers. I especially appreciate that it understands Hindi, from common phrases to more complex words.

Another thing I value is its adaptability: it offers different models depending on what I need, so I can choose a fast model for quick answers and a slow-thinking model when I want a more thoughtful response. The initial setup was easy and the interface felt straightforward, so I didn’t feel overwhelmed at all. I think even a newbie could set it up without trouble.

ChatGPT also integrates smoothly into my existing workflow. I use it alongside tools like browsers, code editors, documentation sites, and productivity software, and I haven’t run into any setup issues. There are no complicated configurations required, which makes adoption feel very smooth.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Yeah, sometimes when I ask it to generate long or short answers, it doesn’t give the correct length. I end up having to repeat the same thing 3–4 times, and only after that does it respond in the proper length. Also, when the chat becomes very long, ChatGPT sometimes gets stuck for about 10–20 seconds. Then I have to reload the page, and after that it works fine again.

Another issue is that most of the time it seems to try to satisfy me and make me happy, even if the answer ends up being a bit off. For example, it gave the correct answer to a math problem, but when I told it that I got a different answer and that it was wrong, it replied, “ah right you are correct I was wrong,” and then gave me the same answer I had told it.

Although ChatGPT does not rely on traditional customer support, the in-product guidance, prompts, and clear error explanations make it easy to use without external help. The help documentation and self-guided experience are sufficient for most use cases.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for academic projects and coding, including debugging errors and summarizing videos. It helps simplify complex topics, which saves me time and supports my personal development. It also helps me choose the best options and makes it easier to communicate in multiple languages. I rely on ChatGPT daily for academic work, coding practice, project planning, and learning new concepts, and it has become a consistent part of my study and productivity workflow.

 ### 45. A Versatile AI Assistant That Significantly Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iqbal P. | Customer Onboarding & Support Executive , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is how naturally it understands context and adjusts to different kinds of tasks. I’ve used it to draft professional emails, rewrite content, summarize long documents, generate ideas, and even explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-grasp terms. The responses feel human and well organized, which cuts down the time I spend polishing and refining my work. It’s particularly useful when I need quick clarity or a second perspective, without having to switch between multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While ChatGPT is extremely useful, it isn’t perfect. From time to time, it can provide answers that need a bit of correction or extra context, especially when the topic is very specific or niche. It also relies heavily on how clearly the question is phrased, so vague prompts can lead to less accurate results. Overall, these are minor issues and are easy to handle with a quick follow-up prompt or two.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve the problem of time-consuming manual work and information overload. Rather than spending hours drafting, researching, or restructuring content, I can get a strong starting point in seconds and then refine it as needed. For me, this has boosted productivity, cut down on repetitive tasks, and made it easier to communicate clearly and professionally. Overall, it has become a dependable assistant that supports both creative and analytical work in my day-to-day routine.

 ### 46. Helpful AI tool for learning, coding, and productivity.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT daily and really appreciate how quickly it provides clear and useful responses. It's easy to use, always available, and assists with a wide range of tasks like answering questions, explaining topics in simple words, improving writing, and generating ideas when I'm stuck. I like being able to ask follow-up questions and receive more detailed explanations instead of having to search in multiple places. The experience with ChatGPT Plus was even better, with faster responses and a smoother overall experience, which made it more helpful for productivity. The biggest advantage for me is how it saves time and makes learning and problem-solving much easier. The initial setup was straightforward, and the interface was easy to understand without much of a learning curve, which made getting started very simple.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One thing that could be improved is accuracy and consistency in some responses. Sometimes ChatGPT gives answers that sound confident but still need to be double-checked, especially for technical or updated information. In some cases, the response can also be a bit generic if the question is not very specific. I also feel that better real-time accuracy and clearer handling of outdated information would make it even more reliable. It sometimes needs verification for accuracy and isn't always reliable for very recent or highly critical information.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for quick learning, explanations, and writing improvement. It saves time on problem-solving and coding assistance, providing a clear starting point without endless searching, making daily tasks faster and easier.

 ### 47. Fast, Helpful Assistant for Quick Answers and Easier Email Writing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adil S. | Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It responds quickly and helps a lot with answering quick questions, writing emails, and generally making my work much easier.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometime with the limited usage within the free model makes it challenging

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me save time and boost productivity by making it easier to write emails, create drafts, summarize information, and quickly generate ideas or solutions. It’s especially useful for handling repetitive tasks and improving communication. For me, the biggest benefit is how it speeds up day-to-day work, supports content creation, and helps me organize my thoughts and responses more clearly and efficiently.

 ### 48. Reliable Custom GPTs That Get the Job Done

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henrik P. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Custom GPTs that reliably do the work I need them to do.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes there are too many emojis, and at times it feels like it’s overly confirming my own views. I’d like it to agree with me less sometimes, or at least challenge my perspective a bit more.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a big help for me in my daily work with emails and other text where I need a second opinion. I also use it as a thought partner when I’m working through more complex problems and decisions.

 ### 49. Great Graphics, but Glitchy Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joy M. | Strategic Meeting, Marketing & Event Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like ChatGPT's feasibility and how it does a great job overall. I appreciate that it does great on writing my emails, but it excels even more in creating graphics. The initial setup was very easy, and the prompting helps tremendously, making it work flawlessly for the most part.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes there are glitches where it says it can't do something because of copyright; however, it's done it before. It's a glitch that prevents it from going through, which can be frustrating. Also, when I’m asking it to create the ’10 up' business cards, it's not constructive on getting them on one page. It'll do eight, then run over to another page. I get a little bit frustrated with that.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for writing emails and creating graphics for social media formats, which helps me share my devotional stories with more content and versatility.

 ### 50. Fast, Easy-to-Use Tool for Image Generation, Research, and Test Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anurag P. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It helps me generate images, research top engineering colleges in Pune, and create tests for my students, among other things. It also responds quite quickly and is easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It sometimes gets stuck while generating,so after multiple prompts,it gives me the image, and for making pdf of students's tests,it sometimes gives black box between questions

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatgpt researches for top 10 colleges in pune for engineering which takes admission through cet by checking their cutoff, placements, area, how easy it is to reach etc
