What do you dislike about ChatGPT? the knowledge cutoff is annoying - i'll ask about something that happened last month and it confidently makes stuff up. had it hallucinate a whole product feature once because it was trained before the rebrand. also the browsing tool is hit or miss. sometimes it reads a webpage fine, other times it completly misinterprets whats there and i have to copy-paste the text myself. and the 40 message cap on gpt-4o? i hit that way too fast when im deep in a coding session. forces me to switch to a dumber model mid-flow which breaks my concentration. oh and their pricing hikes... not a fan. We also struggled with slow troubleshooting for new or unfamiliar issues, but now I get a starting direction almost immediately, which has resulted in faster resolution time for many small to medium network and firewall issues, sometimes cutting my troubleshooting time by almost 30 to 40 percent for common problems. On a personal level, before using ChatGPT, I used to feel less confident about my English writing and communication skills, especially since I come from a technical background and not from an English medium education background always.
