I can say that something feels too generic, change the direction, give another example, or completely rethink the approach, and keep working from there. When it finally understands the exact point I'm trying to make, the result can be much better than what I could have produced from a single prompt. The biggest frustration for me is when I have already corrected something several times and the conversation still falls back into the same pattern. Sometimes the answer sounds polished but misses the specific point I was trying to get across. What do you dislike about ChatGPT? the knowledge cutoff is annoying - i'll ask about something that happened last month and it confidently makes stuff up. had it hallucinate a whole product feature once because it was trained before the rebrand. also the browsing tool is hit or miss. sometimes it reads a webpage fine, other times it completly misinterprets whats there and i have to copy-paste the text myself. and the 40 message cap on gpt-4o? i hit that way too fast when im deep in a coding session. forces me to switch to a dumber model mid-flow which breaks my concentration. oh and their pricing hikes... not a fan.
