Creating images to capture ideas is super easy, fast, and very affordable on the lower subscription tier. The web version is basic but does what it needs to do and is easy to use. I also find the way Projects organizes my topics and keeps context really useful. The integration with VSCode is very efficient, and the response times are quite decent for what you get. The accuracy of its responses is lower than others in the same model range. If I keep using the same chat for the same project, once I’ve found the right style it becomes super fast to generate tons of pictures with consistent styling and very little extra typing. Creating images for blog posts now takes seconds, whereas in the past I had to make them in a design tool and it took about 10 times longer. The model can be integrated with company software via its application programming interface (API). It mostly very user friendly for text and media creating. Either upload an image for investigation or run Python in the chat window. Which makes it a useful tool rather than that text bot. Another huge plus? It remembers the previous things you said. What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you? While OpenAI are the most popular tool, other businesses have discovered thetheir niche. It tends to have a better ability to compose in creative writing and perform “messy” and “nuanced” editorializing, with a cleaner look. It allows us a very, very large memory window. Unless we need to send absurdly large files, or open a chat and never forget how it started, then we can hardly do better than that. Then, of course, privacy has become a bigger concern. After all, this is just a tool for aggregating web data. It isn't really original. It can easily recapitulate antique prejudices, or even antique truths learnt in the course of training. On top of that, it has security vulnerabilities like prompt injections too & therefore tech teams need to put some pretty strong restrictions before it can be used by every and anybody. ChatGPT’s limitations are still obvious to me: it can make small logic mistakes and sometimes responds more like a novice than an expert. Before I started using ChatGPT, manually drafting and double-checking complex prompt rules and guidelines for AI data annotation tasks was genuinely difficult. That upfront setup took a lot of time and often delayed the real evaluation and quality assurance work. ChatGPT helps address this by generating clear templates quickly, translating human concepts into structured data formats, and supporting brainstorming for more precise instruction sets. As a result, my day-to-day workflow and overall performance have improved significantly. The platform’s AI capabilities also make it easier to test edge cases quickly and refine rules through side-by-side comparisons.
