## ChatGPT Reviews
 ### 1. Reliable, Easy-to-Use AI That Keeps Getting Better

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anish A. | Software Development Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is one of the earliest and most reliable AI tools, and it helped kick off the broader AI transformation worldwide. The UI is simple and easy to use, which makes it straightforward to get started. That said, the price feels a bit high compared with competitors. Overall, the AI’s responses keep improving over time.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT’s coding responses aren’t as strong as Claude’s, and sometimes it replies in an overly positive tone rather than focusing on accuracy. That kind of sugar-coating can be harmful in the long run.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me with questions across every part of the spectrum—from coding help to financial questions to trip planning and just about everything else. It has become my first source of truth now.

 ### 2. A Powerful and Easy-to-Use AI Tool That Saves Time and Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash M. | Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is its simple and clean interface, which makes it very easy to use. It performs fast and gives clear, useful answers, helping save time and effort. The AI is intelligent and understands different types of tasks like writing, problem solving, and idea generation.

It also supports integrations and works well with different tools and workflows, which makes it more flexible in daily work. The onboarding is smooth, and it is easy to start using without much guidance. Support and help resources are also useful when needed.

In terms of pricing, it feels like good value for money because it improves productivity and reduces the time spent on tasks. Overall, the return on investment is positive as it helps get more work done efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the answers are not fully accurate or up to date, so they need to be double-checked. For complex or specific tasks, the responses can feel a bit generic or lack depth.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps solve problems like time-consuming research, content creation, and idea generation. It quickly provides information, drafts content, and suggests solutions, which saves a lot of time and effort.

It also helps simplify complex topics into easy language, making it easier to understand and learn new things. For daily work, it improves productivity by handling repetitive tasks like writing emails, reports, and summaries.

Overall, it reduces manual effort, speeds up work, and helps me make faster and better decisions.

 ### 3. Personal, Fast, and Great Value—But Sometimes Too Sugarcoated

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vagish S. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

what i like best about ChatGPT is its memory. it remembers the things i talk about, my interests, my goals, every little detail about my project. so it feels more personal and natural instead of starting from zero evey time. it makes conversations feel way more real and connected.

I also like the UI specially the pop out feature, it pops out and becomes an overlay on my mac.

it is also i feel like the cheapest AI in the market right now, so the pricing is also good.

performance wise, it feels like its integrated on my mac, the UI is just really good. and it doesnt lag.

and the integrations, there are many extensions that i can use. and i think so many are getting added day by day

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

what i dislike the most is that it sugarcoats things too much and tries to make you feel good instead of being honest and factual. sometimes i just want a real answer, not some kind of sugarcoated motivation.

i also feel like in coding, anthropic's claude models are just better. the Opus 4.6 or 4.7 are way better than GPT 5.2

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

chatgpt helps me manage things and figure out things faster. instead of wasting hours searching through websites or videos i can just ask questions directly to it and it will remeber each question that i have asked. it also helps a lot in my projects, because of it's really good memory. it helps organize my thoughts better, so i end up being more productive overall.

 ### 4. From student to professional — ChatGPT has been with me at every stage

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I’ve been using ChatGPT for over a year, and it’s grown with me through two very different phases of my life.

When I was studying, it became my go-to tool for getting through dense material. I’d upload PDFs and ask it to summarize key sections or break down specific concepts I couldn’t quite grasp on my own. Instead of spending hours re-reading textbook chapters, I could ask direct questions and get clear, simple explanations focused on exactly what I was missing.

After I started working, my use shifted almost entirely to coding. It’s become essential for debugging: when I hit an error, I paste it in and get a straightforward explanation of what’s going wrong, not just a quick fix. It also helps me improve code I’ve already written by suggesting cleaner approaches and pointing out inefficiencies I might not have noticed. And when I’m stuck on how to approach a problem, I use it to brainstorm ideas and explore different directions.

It’s also been useful for the “soft” side of work—turning rough notes into clear documentation, and helping me phrase emails so they sound more professional and are easier for others to follow.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike, but there are a few flaws worth mentioning.

When I ask very specific technical or configuration-related questions, the responses can be a bit generic. I often end up going back and forth with follow-up questions before I get to what I actually need. It would be much more helpful if it asked clarifying questions upfront, instead of making assumptions and starting with a broad answer.

I’ve also noticed that it sometimes repeats the same mistake even after I’ve pointed it out and explained that it’s not what I’m looking for. Then I have to correct it again, which can get repetitive.

Lastly, the paid plan feels a bit pricey for individual professionals like me in India, especially after factoring in currency conversion. The value is there, but I’d like the pricing to be more accessible.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a fresher, one of the biggest challenges I faced was not having someone available all the time to clear my doubts—whether it was understanding a concept while studying or fixing an error at work. ChatGPT fills that gap. I don’t have to wait for a senior to be free, and I don’t feel hesitant about asking basic questions again and again.

At work, it saves me a lot of time when I’m stuck on a bug or unsure how to approach a piece of code. Instead of spending hours digging through scattered forum answers, I can get a clear, direct explanation and move forward faster. It also helps me write better documentation and emails, which used to take longer because I wasn’t confident about the tone or structure.

Overall, the biggest benefit for me is the boost in confidence and speed. I’m able to solve problems on my own, learn faster, and avoid feeling stuck or dependent on others for every small doubt.

 ### 5. Personalising my AI Assistant with ChatGPT

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish S. | Growth Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2023

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for its hyper-personalisation abilities. Every time I suggest something and ask it to remember preferences, understanding, or personal choices, it does it very well. When I'm writing articles for my blog, my objective is to have articles written in simple English with some personal touch, not like a journalist, and ChatGPT does this very well during brainstorming. The initial setup was completely easy. I just signed up using my work email and started using it. It has introduced some good sorting features, allowing me to create projects that group my conversations by topic or project. I also appreciate the ability to train it for better article writing by retaining improvements and feedback for future reference.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I wish there was an incognito mode where I could discuss anything with ChatGPT, and it wouldn't create any memory about this. Privacy is something it could focus on.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for documenting thoughts, clearing doubts, article preparation, and understanding new topics, which simplifies my everyday AI interactions. It saves time by not letting me jump from one website to another.

 ### 6. Study Smarter and Faster with ChatGPT

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajreet L. | Chief Executive Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT because it helps me study smarter and faster. It explains difficult topics in simple language, helps with homework, writing, and problem-solving, and gives quick answers anytime. It also helps me generate ideas, improve creativity, and learn new things easily, making daily tasks and studies much more efficient. I like that it doesn't require too much time to solve even critical problems and makes it personalized according to my desired output. It understands and analyzes my style, remembers my preferences, and gives responses according to my needs based on my previous interactions. The initial setup was really lucid and easy to walk through.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It sometimes goes wrong with generating images, as it may misspell or create something weird. It would be better if it improved the text attachment and followed the exact command or prompt rather than adding its own creativity until asked.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT because it helps me study smarter and faster. It explains difficult topics simply, assists with homework, writing, and problem-solving, and generates step-by-step solutions for tough problems. It also organizes study materials, creates mock tests, and enhances creativity and learning efficiency.

 ### 7. Versatile AI for Work and Life: Writing, Images, Planning, and Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANGIE M. | Educator ESL, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use CHATGPT for both professional and personal purposes. My use ranges from creating images to help sell items on public platforms, to asking medical questions, to drafting emails and publications. CHATGPT also helps me write captions for images and create book and study summaries, along with many other personal and work-related tasks. In addition, I use CHATGPT to plan vacations, find relevant professional development opportunities, and create budgets.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I’m still learning and trying to improve in this area, but I’ve found that CHATGPT prompts need to be clear and specific; otherwise, the output can drift off topic or stay too general. I usually review the response carefully, look for errors, and make changes as needed.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CHATGPT helped me create a budget that actually works for me, and it’s also helping me reduce my debt more efficiently. Improving my financial literacy has made a difference in how I save and invest as well.

 ### 8. Efficient for Coding and Problem Solving, Minor Lag Issue

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pramod K. | Frontend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for coding, photo editing, and study, and I like how easy it is to get answers now compared to using a browser and reading multiple blogs. It's great that I can just ask ChatGPT and get a response in a much better way and in less time. It helps me a lot with coding, like completing my code or fixing bugs just by pasting a bit of code. I also love that I can create a project and add sources, so all my queries related to the same context stay in one place without needing sources each time. It's very easy to set up too.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

When my chat increases too much, I notice that ChatGPT tends to lag, requiring me to start a new chat for a fast and lag-free response.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for quicker and better responses compared to browsing, and it helps with coding by completing code and fixing bugs, plus aids in photo editing.

 ### 9. The AI Assistant I Actually Use Daily

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhargavi J. | Email Marketing & Automation Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT to generate content for emails, SMS, notifications, and pop-ups. I really like the ideas it shares with me—things I might have missed on my own. It also helps me create segments by suggesting the right conditions and logic.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT repeats the same content and ideas, but it’s okay. That said, there are also times when it shares some incorrect information (not completely wrong, but parts of it), and I think that’s something that should be improved.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ChatGPT, I had to research everything separately—marketing ideas, grammar, logic/conditions, and references. After ChatGPT, I can get all of that in one place, in a single chat. It also helps me build segments and create personalized copy for emails, SMS, push notifications, and popups by suggesting the best options. This way, it saves my time & double good quality of work.

 ### 10. Versatile and Time-Saving, Perfect for All Tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micaela H. | Paralegal, Law Practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I appreciate how versatile ChatGPT is, as it helps me with everything from writing and editing to answering questions, even very random ones. I find it incredibly useful for both work and personal tasks because it saves me time by answering questions, improving emails, giving ideas, and explaining complex topics. I love that I don't have to switch between multiple tools or sift through search results on Google. The responses from ChatGPT are fast, clear, and easy to understand. The initial setup of ChatGPT was also easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I find that sometimes responses can be inaccurate or I need to double-check for very specific topics.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me save time by answering questions, improving emails, giving me ideas, and explaining complex topics. It's useful for both work and personal tasks, so I don't have to switch between multiple tools or go through one-by-one results on Google.

 ### 11. Super Helpful for Essay Outlines, Writing Suggestions, and Image Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chinecherem N. | Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I am an a writer and student. It is sometimes hard to for me to create structures for essays or books so i give it an outline and instruct it, it helps me with suggestions and i work with it using my own interpretation of what it provides. The ability to also create images?! super helpful

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it doesn’t give me what I asked for. Also, the way it often flags my requests because of guidelines I’m not even breaking can be stressful.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I said, the image creation is amazing. I can create visual representations for my books and also for class presentation slides. I use it to create book covers as well, and most of the time the quality is really good. It saves me the stress of having to look for the appropriate covers—I just describe the image, and about 89% of the time it gives me a much better version of what I asked for.

 ### 12. Boosts Workflow Efficiency with Accurate Outputs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi K. | Chief Production Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I primarily use ChatGPT for work and research, and it helps me to consolidate my workflow into one space. I really enjoy using ChatGPT to establish the voices of various clients I work with, allowing me to differentiate between clients by using different GPTs to get the accurate tone and voice for their writing. I appreciate the various models that ChatGPT offers, as I can get in-depth answers and details, especially when working with legal resources; it's very accurate, and I rarely encounter errors. This accuracy is super helpful because it ensures we aren't putting out false information. The setup process is super easy and works very well for my team. When I create a GPT, I make it shareable, follow a generic prompt, and customize it to accurately represent our clients. The integration, like the recent one with Webflow, is also something I'm very interested in. ChatGPT is a super valuable tool for productivity and efficiency in my workflow.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I sometimes struggle with the imagery aspect, which might be more of a user error. When I'm trying to get an infographic or something specific, I sometimes don't communicate it properly to ChatGPT. So when I modify things, it doesn't always come out the way I wanted, and I have to start over. Also, I'd love to see more integrations. I'm excited about the recent Webflow integration, but I think more integrations could really enhance the experience.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT consolidates my workflow, allowing easy access to research in one space by searching multiple platforms. It helps establish client voices by differentiating tones. The accurate legal resources ensure workflow reliability and prevent false information dissemination.

 ### 13. With ChatGPT Coding, Conversation, Brainstorming, and even Research just got A LOT easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Willem S. | Property Practitioner, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Most ppl use LLMs as Search Engines and I was one of them, until recently, when I discovered what LLMs can really do. Not only do they provide information but also supply more reasoned responses on almost all topics. Coding has become a breeze and brainstorming with GPT has provided many insights I would have overlooked otherwise. With Appstore and Playstore presence, plus direct web access to the interface, it can't be easier to always have GPT available to the end-user. The UI is easy to navigate and you can set projects to keep relevant chats in one place.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The pricing is really high for most end-users and the free use policy does not really allow much movement for the budget conscious user. GPT tends to lose documents every now and again, (uploads) and then responds that there is nothing it can do about it. The support for GPT is not what I would expect, heavily relying on AI and no human interaction in my opinion.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is taking the headache of of data analysis for me.

 ### 14. Essential Tool for Personal and Professional Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** deepak b. | Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for both personal and professional purposes. It helps me groom myself personally and improve my skills professionally. I love using it for office-related tasks, from writing emails to publishing reports. I appreciate how ChatGPT helps me respond to upper management in critical situations, allowing me to resolve issues efficiently. When I receive critical emails or need to publish reports quickly, ChatGPT guides me on how to respond effectively and manage my team and tasks. The initial setup was quite easy, making it simple for my teammates to leverage ChatGPT's capabilities, ensuring our tasks get done in a timely manner. I also find it incredibly useful for coming out of any issue, even personal matters, which is why I rate it 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I would say the limitation for the free version or the go version like image uploading limit etc. which can be improved by increasing because not everyone can afford.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to improve my skills, assist with professional tasks like writing emails, publishing reports, and responding in critical situations efficiently. It helps me groom personally and manage my team effectively.

 ### 15. Seamless Natural-Language Understanding with Fast Text, Image, and Voice Output

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT understands easily the natural language ( human like text oriented language) and generates the desired output seamlessly. It easily generates text, image, voice and gives the required output with in no time.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The downside that comes to the top of mind after using ChatGPT for almost a year is that the prompt provided to get some desired output must explicitly state the pre and post conditions and give good enough context to it so that the output generate will be near accurate. Else it will hallucinate. Also while generating images once can little lag.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is generative AI application from open AI. It serves wide variety of purposes or applications. Generating code , solving a puzzle, rephrasing an email, helping to learn a topic, providing step by step explanation on any thing, generating image or visuals and so on.

 ### 16. Easy to Use, Ideal for Content Creation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nae N. | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

As a full time content creator, and a talent management company owner, I use ChatGPT for all things content creating purposes, including script writing, refining, caption writing, and photo editing. I use AI to help talent refine their content ideas including pitches for brand collaborations, build recipes (for foodie creators), and tools and tips for video editing.

It's very easy to use with a simple interface, responsive, and usually very quick. I think it works excellently for a content creator like me, and the ideas are endless. You can start using it right away, and it's very easy and quick to set up.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The AI image generation, as well as the PDF generation, could use some improvement. When I give ChatGPT prompts to create images or more fleshed-out, aesthetic documents, the results sometimes don’t turn out the way I expect. It can feel like ChatGPT doesn’t always follow the prompt exactly as written, so I end up spending extra time tweaking and reworking the wording to get it right. At times, that process is more time-consuming than simply designing the image or PDF myself.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for content creation, like scriptwriting, captioning, and photo editing, and it helps make my content better overall. I also use it in my role as the owner of a talent management company. The biggest problem it solves for us is helping us stay on trend with what’s popular right now in the content creation world by helping us brainstorm what trends are most viral to help us grow our audience. It also saves us time by taking some of the stress out of creating images, PDFs, and sometimes background music for our videos from scratch. Overall, it’s a real time-saver, and we appreciate how it removes a lot of the guesswork from running our company.

 ### 17. Versatile Assistant for Learning and Problem-Solving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishna G. | Undergraduate student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for a mix of studying, coding, and everyday problem-solving. It helps me understand difficult concepts—especially in subjects like physics and programming. I appreciate how ChatGPT solves the problem of getting stuck and wasting time by providing explanations, examples, and even step-by-step help in one place. It's great that I can ask doubts freely without feeling judged and keep asking follow-up questions until I understand. I love how easy and natural it is to use. I also like how it explains things clearly and can do multiple things in one place, like helping with studies, coding, writing, brainstorming ideas, and even small everyday questions. I'm impressed by how it remembers the context within a conversation, which reduces the need to repeat myself, makes learning more interactive, and keeps answers relevant and consistent. It's also beneficial for refining answers, like improving rough ideas or half-written content. Plus, the initial setup of ChatGPT is very easy, even for someone with no technical knowledge.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One issue is that sometimes the answers aren’t fully accurate, especially for more technical or specific questions. Even though it’s useful, I still feel like I need to double-check important information. Also, it can sound a bit generic or similar in tone, especially in writing tasks, so I usually tweak the output to make it feel more personal.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to understand difficult concepts, saving time by providing explanations, examples, and help all in one place. It boosts my confidence by allowing me to ask questions freely and ensures consistent, context-aware responses that reduce confusion.

 ### 18. ChatGPT has become an essential daily tool for me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ganesh B. | Undergraduate Student – AI & Data Science, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT has genuinely become my go-to productivity partner. Whether I need to brainstorm ideas, write professional emails, explain complex topics in simple terms, debug code, or even just organize my thoughts ,it delivers incredibly fast and high-quality responses.
I especially love how good it has become at understanding context and tone. I can ask it to write something casual, formal, creative, or technical, and it nails the style almost every time. The newer versions (especially GPT-4o) feel much smarter and more reliable than earlier ones. It saves me so many hours every week.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it can be a bit too cautious or overly polite, which makes responses feel slightly generic. Also, it still occasionally hallucinates small details if you're not specific enough with prompts, so you still need to double-check important information. The daily usage limits on the free plan can be restrictive if you're heavily using it, but that's understandable.
Overall these are minor issues compared to how much value it provides.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves several daily productivity problems for me. It helps me quickly draft professional emails, reports, and content, brainstorm creative ideas, explain complex technical concepts in simple terms, and debug or write code much faster.
It saves me hours every week by handling repetitive writing tasks and acting as an intelligent research assistant. The biggest benefit is the massive time saving and improved output quality, I’m able to deliver better work in less time.

 ### 19. AI Tool with enough prompts in free plan

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh J. | Founder, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGpt offers enough capacity in its free tier—I’ve never run out of prompts, unlike other tools like Claude where you’re limited to just a few. That makes it great for iterative prompting and helps me retrieve information consistently.

I’ve kept a chat window open for the last nine months but I am still able to retrieve the memory and ask context based question.

The Project feature in ChatGPT is very helpful. It saves me time on re-prompting because I can set instructions and create a project-specific knowledge repository.

Apart from the cat feature, The image generation feature has improved a lot. We use this images for brainstorming, non-essential posting, which earlier used to take a lot of admin time for us.

On a more personal usage note, it’s also been a great tool for medical-related guidance: I can feed it medical reports and get insights into what parameters are in or out of range, what questions to ask my doctors, and what precautions to take. That’s incredibly valuable for someone from non-medical field like me.

Overall, the setup was about as easy as it can be—really easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I feel that, at times, ChatGPT hallucinates quite a bit. When I compare it with Claude, Claude’s writing feels exceptional. ChatGPT can write well too, but it often falls back on predictable, LLM-style phrasing and buzzwords that read like they’re coming straight from a model.

From a writing perspective, ChatGPT still has a lot of work to do compared with tools like Claude.

To get the best output, we have to do multiple iteration of the prompt, yet there is no certainity that ChatGPT will understand the context, sometimes it is like you fix one part and the other part gets affected. I had also used the paid version previously but the downgraded back to base free plan.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to save time on clerical tasks and to speed up my work. It’s particularly helpful for drafting emails, agreements, and campaign messages, since it lets me produce a solid first draft quickly and then refine it from there. The image generation feature has also improved, and it’s useful when I need simple images.

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I have liked the most lately is that it understands the context of a long conversation much better, so I no longer have to repeat the same instructions every time. It also responds more naturally and quickly, and when I need help with documents

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Yes. Sometimes it can still misinterpret very specific instructions or give answers with too much confidence when a topic is complex. I would like it to ask more questions when the information is not sufficient, instead of assuming details.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In some cases, it helps to resolve programming code errors and/or find and replace additional or erroneous information found in reports.

**Reviewed by:** Mohd R. | UI/UX Designer, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT regularly in my daily work as a UI/UX designer. It helps me think through layouts, user flows, and overall design structure when I am planning or improving a design. Whenever I get stuck on an idea, it gives me a quick direction to move forward. I use it to understand basic coding concepts and improve how I approach problem-solving in design. Along with that, it helps with general learning, exploring new topics, and sometimes even organizing my daily tasks or reminders. What I find most useful is the speed and clarity of responses, which saves time during work. It works like a support tool that helps me stay productive and keep improving my skills. ChatGPT helps me overcome creative blocks and gives quick direction when I’m unsure about layouts or user flows. It simplifies complex ideas and helps structure designs in a more user-friendly way. It saves time by helping with microcopy, basic coding understanding, and quick research, so I don’t have to search multiple sources. What I like most about ChatGPT is how quickly it gives clear and useful answers. It helps me move forward when I’m stuck and saves a lot of time during my work. The responses are simple to understand and practical, which makes it easy to apply them in real situations. I also find useful is how flexible ChatGPT is. It can help with different tasks like design ideas, writing, and quick research in one place. The interface is simple and easy to use, which makes the experience smooth. I also like how it adapts to different types of questions and gives relevant responses most of the time. The initial setup was very easy and quick. I was able to start using ChatGPT without any complicated steps. The interface is simple, so it didn’t take much time to understand how it works.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the responses are not fully accurate or need a bit of refinement, especially for more specific or detailed tasks. I also feel that it can occasionally misunderstand the exact requirement, so I have to rephrase my question. For UI/UX work, it gives good ideas, but not all suggestions are practical, so I still need to filter and adjust them based on real use.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me overcome creative blocks, provides quick direction on layouts, simplifies complex ideas, and speeds up microcopy and research tasks, making my workflow faster and more efficient.

First i like the chat system where i can differentiate different topics in different conversations. Also i can add those chats into projects so that i can project relevance in a broader context for further feedbacks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Generally just one thing to keep the conversation in context i have to keep reminding it to keep the relevance of the conversation and don't go vague in between. However, it should be like once the prompt is given it should stick to the relevance of it unless untill improvised.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well there are a lot if i explain specifically, Example - I take help from GPT for multiple purpose, professionally it is a PA to me helping me into my day to day work tasks - like creating trainings, Go to market strategies etc. Personally it helps me as a therapist as a person which i can talk to unfiltered.

 ### 33. User-Friendly and Helpful with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vrishanka I. | Senior Instructional Designer, E-Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT extensively in my work as an instructional designer. My role involves creating and managing large volumes of content, often transforming highly technical material provided by subject matter experts into learner-friendly, engaging formats.

ChatGPT plays a key role in this process. When I encounter complex or technical content, I use targeted prompts to simplify and adapt it for my audience. I include details such as the learner profile, their job role, and the intended learning outcomes, which helps generate content that is relevant, clear, and easy to understand.

One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to access past conversations in the sidebar. This helps me maintain context across tasks without having to restate information repeatedly, making my workflow more efficient. I also find the voice feature very useful, especially when I need to explain a situation in detail rather than typing out a structured query—it makes the interaction more natural and saves time.

Another feature I value is the ability to share chats. Instead of explaining an entire context to a colleague, I can simply share the conversation, allowing them to quickly understand the background and insights.

Currently, I use ChatGPT primarily as a standalone application without any integrations. From a performance standpoint, I’ve found it to be fast and responsive, especially for text-based prompts. I appreciate that I don’t need visibility into the underlying processes—it simply delivers accurate and useful responses quickly.

In terms of pricing and return on investment, this hasn’t been a major factor for me, as my usage is largely limited to text-based interactions that are well-supported in the free version. However, I am aware from peers that upgraded plans offer significantly enhanced performance and additional capabilities.

Getting started with ChatGPT was also extremely straightforward. It didn’t really require a “setup” as such—I was able to access it through a web browser, log in, and begin using it within minutes. The user interface is intuitive and self-explanatory, with clearly accessible features like the chat history sidebar, so there was virtually no learning curve.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One of the main limitations I’ve noticed with ChatGPT is its image generation capability. While I understand that it’s not primarily designed as an image generation tool, I do feel there is room for improvement in this area. It doesn’t need to be the core function, but enhancing this capability would definitely add value.

Another issue I’ve encountered is occasional UI glitches. There have been instances where, after typing or even voice-recording a detailed prompt, I receive an error message and the input is lost upon refreshing the page. This can be quite frustrating and disrupts the workflow.

Additionally, there are times when ChatGPT doesn’t fully interpret prompts as intended. This is particularly noticeable with image-related requests—when I ask for modifications, it often requires me to repeat the entire prompt instead of just processing incremental changes. This lack of continuity can make the experience less efficient.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT has significantly reduced my cognitive load, especially when it comes to repetitive tasks. Even something as simple as transferring data from a Word document into an Excel sheet becomes much faster and more efficient. When dealing with large datasets involving multiple rows and columns, it saves a considerable amount of time and effort.

As an instructional designer, writing is a core part of my role, and I’m expected to consistently produce high-quality content. ChatGPT helps streamline this process by reducing the mental effort involved in refining sentence structure or second-guessing whether something is phrased in the best possible way. It acts as a reliable support system for drafting and improving content quickly.

Another area where it adds value is in generating skill-based assessment questions. Using my course scripts or content as input, it can create relevant questions, which significantly speeds up the course development process and reduces overall turnaround time.

Beyond professional use, I’ve also found ChatGPT helpful on a personal level. For instance, I’ve used it to review and better understand my blood reports. While it’s not a substitute for a certified medical professional, it does provide a helpful high-level explanation of various parameters, making the information more accessible.

Overall, ChatGPT has improved both my efficiency and productivity by simplifying tasks and supporting faster decision-making.

 ### 34. A Versatile Productivity Powerhouse for Summaries, Creativity, and Coding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SUMIT S. | Research Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

the best aspects of ChatGPT are its versatility as a productivity powerhouse, including exceptional abilities to summarize long text, generate creative content, and code. Users frequently highlight its friendly, conversational nature, its utility in brainstorming, and its capacity to act as a personalized tutor for complex subjects like coding or language

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

its propensity to generate false information (hallucinations), lack of true understanding, and tendency to provide sycophantic, overly agreeable responses. Users also dislike its environmental impact, potential for fostering academic dishonesty, ethical concerns regarding data usage, and the tendency for it to become a "crutch" for human thinking.

Here are the key areas of dislike regarding ChatGPT:
Accuracy and Reliability (Hallucinations): ChatGPT can confidently present incorrect information as fact, known as "hallucinations," which can be misleading and dangerous in sensitive fields.

"Sycophancy" and Validation: The model is often geared toward engagement, leading it to agree with users or validate incorrect viewpoints rather than providing objective truths.

Lack of True Intelligence: It does not actually understand concepts, but rather predicts the next likely word, which can lead to superficial or irrational responses.

Ethical and Creative Concerns: Many dislike how it is used for plagiarism, cheating in school, and reducing the need for genuine critical thinking and writing skills.

Data Privacy and Training Sources: Concerns are frequently raised about the use of personal or copyrighted data to train the model without authorization.

Stylistic Grating and Repetition: Many users find the text output formulaic, overly verbose, and characterized by an overuse of specific punctuation like em-dashes.

Environmental and Financial Cost: Running the models is resource-intensive, consuming massive amounts of energy.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves the problem of information overload and inefficiency by providing instant, human-like, and tailored content, acting as a versatile assistant for coding, drafting, and analysis. It benefits users by saving time, boosting productivity through task automation, enhancing creativity, and lowering the barrier to learning new skills.

 ### 35. Easy-to-Use Tool for Better Emails, Blogs, Images, and Marketing Plans

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew W. | Sales Administration Support, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that I can use it to help me write better emails to clients, generate images for our website and blogs, and write blog posts about specific topics. It also helps me create sales plans and offers suggestions for marketing communications. It’s fairly easy to use, as long as I know what I’m looking for.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the information I’m looking for isn’t factual, so I have to double-check the answers it gives me. This also seems to happen only at certain times of day. At times it understands what I want and I get what I need right away, but other times it feels like it’s delaying me by offering more and more options for my request even when my request is already clear. Again, this seems to occur only at certain times of day.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having to write my own blog posts and do all the research manually. It also reduces the tedious work of searching for decision-makers at companies one by one, and it provides suggestions for marketing communications that we may be able to implement.

 ### 36. Reliable, All Purpose, AI Chatbot as a must have assistant for knowledge workers and creatives

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anindya C. | Freelance Consultant, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It’s the most reliable chatbot I’ve used, with a clean, minimalistic interface coming with the most generous free tier usage. Responses almost feel instant, with hardly any lag, that helps me maintain a steady flow of the conversation . It also remembers and recalls context accurately, even across long conversations, which is super helpful for me as I do not need to reiterate something that I already said to the chatbot. Beyond text, as it supports multimodal input such as images, audio, and video, so I can easily utilize these capabilities to have some highly immersive conversation. It integrates with external tools via connectors but I haven't used this feature much yet.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

In my experience, the biggest drawback is the chatbot’s tendency toward sycophancy and hallucinations. By sycophancy I mean It can reinforce my wrong belief just to agree with me and by hallucinations I mean sometimes it pass on incorrect information as correct, which means the burden lies on me to double-check its responses with other sources-especially when the topic is unfamiliar to me.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest and most pressing problem that ChatGPT helps solve is drastically reducing the effort required for research, coding, and other creative endeavors. Since my day-to-day work involves many of these activities, I benefit a lot from having ChatGPT as a way to lighten my workload and make it much more manageable.

 ### 38. Versatile, Intuitive AI Assistant That Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohd A. | Branch Credit Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT mainly to improve how I draft internal notes and customer communication in my daily work. In credit-related tasks, we often have to convert raw observations into proper structured notes, and this is where it helps the most.
Instead of spending time thinking about how to frame sentences, I focus on the data and input, and ChatGPT helps in organizing it into a clean and readable format. It is also useful when rewriting emails to make them more professional and clear.
One thing I noticed is that it works better when I give proper context. If input is vague, output is average, but with clear details, it becomes very helpful. I still review the content before finalizing, especially for important cases.
Overall, it has reduced my time on documentation and improved clarity in communication.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Needs proper input for best results
Requires final review before use

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps structure notes quickly
Improves professional communication
Saves time on repetitive drafting

 ### 39. Instant Communication Assistance with Room for Accuracy Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrik . | Process associate, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like ChatGPT because it gives instant answers. It's super helpful for me since I use it to create emails and messages for clients. If I don't understand a client's email, I just paste the text into ChatGPT, and it helps me get what they are saying. I enjoy how easy it is to communicate with clients by providing a prompt and having ChatGPT create a response. Setting up ChatGPT is also straightforward, just install and log in, which is really convenient. I find ChatGPT to be a very impressive app.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

My work totally depends on ChatGPT and sometimes it gives the wrong answer, which needs to be improved. For example, when I prompt ChatGPT to remove color and size from the title, after some time, some of the products it gives me still contain color.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to enhance my emails and understand client messages. It instantly edits my work and clarifies communication, though sometimes, it gives incorrect answers.

 ### 40. Lightning-Fast Boilerplate and a Senior-Dev-Level Helper for Tight Sprints

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dinesh B. | Junior Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Honestly, it’s the sheer speed of getting a boilerplate started. Whether I’m refactoring legacy Java or debugging a tricky SQL query, it saves me from endless Stack Overflow tabs. It’s like having a senior dev on call who actually enjoys explaining edge cases without the ego. Total lifesaver for tight sprints.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Honestly, it’s the over-confidence. It’ll confidently hallucinate a library or a syntax that doesn’t even exist, and I end up wasting twenty minutes debugging "ghost code." Also, if the prompt is complex, it gets lazy and skips the logic I actually need. It's frustrating when deadlines are tight.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s honestly solving the "blank page" problem. Whether I’m drafting a unit test suite or writing a repetitive shell script, I don’t have to start from zero. It handles the syntax heavy-lifting, so I can focus on the actual logic and architecture.
For me, the biggest win is the mental bandwidth it frees up. Working on large-scale enterprise projects often means dealing with complex, existing codebases. I use it to quickly explain legacy modules or suggest refactoring patterns that follow modern standards. It essentially acts as a rubber duck that talks back, helping me spot logical gaps before I even hit "commit." It’s made my sprints way more efficient.

 ### 41. Clear, Direct, and Easy to Use—My Go-To AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary Rose M. | Recruitment Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is my go-to AI. Its answers were clear and direct, and it's very easy to use. Could be paid or free.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

For my line of work, I tried using it to read an entire conversation transcript and asked it to summarize it for me. It did the task, but it included too much information, and the summary still came back very vague.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it a lot for rewriting emails. I draft my email responses, then use ChatGPT to revise them based on the tone I want. I also use it for conducting research, which most of the time can take half a day to a full day; ChatGPT can do that kind of deep search in around 45 minutes to one hour. I use it for reading emails as well, summarizing the items I need to work on, reviewing job descriptions, and helping me identify the caliber of profiles the client is looking for.

 ### 42. Versatile Aid for Work and Personal Tasks, Needs Responsiveness Tweak

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shashank H. | Software Engineer 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like ChatGPT because it gives results that are very useful. It helps me solve a lot of problems, especially related to fitness, where I use it to create entire schedules for my health and fitness routines. I also appreciate its organizational capabilities, which I think are better than Gemini. ChatGPT allows me to organize things in a way that works better for me.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Yeah. What I didn't like at least, like, the responsiveness. I have to sometimes, like, reload it 10 times. Not 10. Probably, like, two, three times to get the response. So it just strikes it hangs out hangs. So sometimes I have to reload and reupload the images and then ask the question again. Many times it happens. Like, basically, the being slow is one thing, but being not responsive doesn't even tell the no loader button, like, we don't know what is happening. So I would say the responsiveness is biggest concern.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for work and personal life queries, like coding advice and fitness planning. It helps create schedules, provides legal opinions, and offers counseling, making my daily tasks easier.

 ### 43. Chat GPT is excellent in every way and essential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabrizio M. | OPERATORE ANTINCENDIO - OSPEDALE PEDIATRICO BAMBINO GESù, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The thing I appreciate most about ChatGPT is how practical and versatile it is for everyday use. I find it particularly useful because it can respond clearly, quickly, and often very accurately, helping me with both work tasks and everyday needs. I like the fact that it can simplify research, organize ideas, improve texts, or simply save time, making many activities more immediate.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The thing I sometimes like least about ChatGPT is that, when working with past data or information, it can get confused in distinguishing between old references and the current context. In some situations, it tends to consider previous information as still valid, even when the updated data has changed, and this can create less accurate responses or a bit of confusion. For this reason, especially with information that changes over time, it is sometimes necessary to specify the current context better to obtain a more correct response.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me in many different situations, both at work and in everyday life. For example, in the workplace, it can be very useful when I need to better understand procedures, technical aspects, or the correct functioning of certain systems, helping me to navigate more quickly and to have clear information. For me, the main advantage is having quick support on many different topics, which saves me time and helps me find answers or solutions more easily.

 ### 44. Game-Changer for Summaries, Debugging, and File Analysis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit M. | Junior Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The best thing I like about ChatGPT is how well it understands complex requests and maintains context throughout long conversations. I use it daily to summarize documents, debug code, and brainstorm ideas, which saves me hours each week. The ability to upload files (photos, documents, or PDFs) and have it extract and analyze the information is a real game changer.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The main thing I dislike is the hallucinations and how it can be too agreeable on some questions. Because of that, I often need to verify the answers with other sources to confirm whether they’re correct. The interface also looks quite basic and feels a bit like MS-Doc. I also have some privacy concerns, especially around whether information I consider private might be shared with others. The performace is also slow like when I ask questions at time it getting slow response which make frustrated.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is solving the problem of staring at a blank page or getting stuck on repetitive tasks. Instead of spending 20 - 30 minutes drafting emails, summarizing documents, or debugging code, I get a working draft in a seconds. It benefits me by saving hours every week, improving the quality of my writing, and reducing the mental fatigue of starting from zeroevery time. I also use to quickly understand technical topics - I just ask it explain something simply, then ask follows-ups until I fully get it.

 ### 45. A Powerful Learning and Coding Assistant for Students

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ganesh V. | Student & Front-End Developer (Learner), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is how it helps me understand complex topics in a simple way. As a data science student, I use it daily to learn programming concepts, data analysis, and exam preparation. It explains concepts step-by-step, which makes learning easier. I also use it to improve my English communication skills and practice conversations. Another thing I like is that it gives quick answers and helps me with coding, assignments, and project ideas. Overall, it feels like a personal tutor available anytime.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT gives very detailed answers which can feel a bit long when I just need a short response. Also, for very recent updates or real-time information, the answers may not always be fully accurate. In coding, occasionally small errors can appear, so I need to verify the output. But overall, these are minor issues compared to its usefulness.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve learning and productivity problems. Instead of searching multiple websites, I get clear and structured answers in one place. It helps me understand difficult subjects like data structures, algorithms, and data analysis. It also assists me in preparing for exams, improving my English speaking skills, and writing better answers. For coding, it helps debug errors and suggests better approaches. This saves a lot of time and makes my learning process faster and more efficient.

 ### 46. Invaluable Productivity Tool with Professional Outcomes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kailash J. | Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT extensively for my professional work and it has become an invaluable productivity tool. It helps me draft professional emails, create proposals and presentations, generate reports, and refine business communication efficiently. I appreciate its ability to understand context and provide well-structured, high-quality responses that save significant time. ChatGPT has also helped me automate repetitive tasks, improve documentation, and enhance the overall quality of my work. It's an excellent tool for professionals looking to increase productivity and streamline daily tasks. I also value the professionalism of its image creation feature, which makes images as per the topic that I want, and they are clear and professional. Additionally, the initial setup of ChatGPT was very easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

nothing

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to draft professional emails, create proposals and presentations, and automate repetitive tasks. It refines business communication, brainstorms ideas, and enhances documentation quality, saving significant time and improving my work's overall quality.

 ### 47. Broadly Useful for Daily Workflows—Strong Agents, Coding, and Custom Connectors

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerrid C. | CEO, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is how broadly useful it is in my day-to-day work, along with how much the agent and coding capabilities have improved. I use it every day in my consulting business for coding, research, documentation, planning, PRDs, emails, and customer communication. For me, the biggest value is having one tool that reliably supports a wide range of workflows.

The quality of the agents is a major strength. They make ChatGPT feel more actionable and practical than a basic chat interface because I can use it to actually move work forward, not just generate text. I also really value the Codex access included with my subscription. Since coding support is one of my primary use cases, it helps me prototype, iterate, and work through technical problems faster.

I also appreciate the support for custom connectors and the broader set of AI capabilities, including memory, file analysis, image understanding, voice, projects, coding tools, and custom GPTs. Taken together, these features make ChatGPT flexible enough to use across both technical and business work, rather than being limited to a single type of task.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I dislike most about ChatGPT is that it still hallucinates at times, which means I can’t always trust the output without reviewing it carefully. This is especially important when I’m using it for research, documentation, planning, or customer-facing communication, where accuracy really matters.

I also run into usage limits, which can be frustrating when ChatGPT is part of my daily workflow. Because I use it heavily across multiple types of work, those limits can break my momentum at exactly the wrong time.

Another drawback for me is the restrictions around Codex usage. Since coding support is one of the main reasons I use ChatGPT, those constraints stand out more than they probably would for a lighter user. Overall, I get a lot of value from the product, but in my experience the main tradeoffs are still accuracy issues and usage caps.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me tackle a broad productivity and execution challenge. In my consulting work, I’m constantly switching between coding, research, documentation, planning, PRDs, emails, and client communication. Without a tool like ChatGPT, each of those tasks would take longer and usually involve more context switching between tools or starting from scratch.

The biggest benefit for me is speed. ChatGPT gets me to a strong first draft faster, helps me think through ideas more quickly, and accelerates both technical and business work. Whether I’m outlining a document, polishing communication, researching a topic, or getting support with code, it cuts down the manual effort needed to keep things moving.

It also adds versatility to my workflow because I can rely on one tool across many use cases instead of juggling separate point solutions for every task. That makes me more efficient overall and helps me move faster as a solo consultant. I still review the outputs carefully, especially when accuracy matters, but overall, it lets me execute more work in less time.

 ### 48. Versatile Assistant that Elevates Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love using ChatGPT for research and various unique tasks like drafting, graphic design tips, and book insights. It saves me a lot of time that I would normally spend manually researching, organizing, and presenting information. What I like most is its competence and adaptability; it feels like having a real physical assistant next to me. Over time, as I interact more with ChatGPT, it understands me better and starts giving more personal recommendations tailored to me as a unique individual. Initial setup was extremely simple, just like texting another person. Among other tools I've experimented with, ChatGPT has been the most stable for me.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes, about once in 40 to 50 attempts, ChatGPT tends to hallucinate with the answers, especially when the chat has become very long. The answers it gives can be highly unrelated to the question.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT cuts down on time I spend manually researching and organizing information, eliminating a lot of manual labor. It allows me to focus on more important tasks.

 ### 49. Smart AI That Saves Time Across Every Task

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu C. | security researcher, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The UI is clean and zero-friction — open, type, done. No setup overhead. The API integration is also genuinely straightforward; plugging it into custom scripts or internal tooling takes maybe 20 minutes, and the plugin ecosystem fills most gaps. For AI capability, it handles multi-step reasoning well enough that I use it for security research tasks — explaining CVEs, drafting threat models, iterating on payloads — without needing to switch tools mid-workflow.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Context window handling is opaque — it silently drops earlier conversation without any indicator, which breaks long sessions. Performance degrades noticeably under load, and the free tier rate limits hit at the worst times. On the AI side, hallucination is a consistent problem: wrong API signatures, outdated syntax, fabricated citations — all delivered confidently. There's also essentially no onboarding for power users; things like custom instructions or system prompt behavior aren't surfaced anywhere in the UI, you just have to already know they exist.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cuts 1–2 hours of daily context-switching — quick lookups, boilerplate, first-pass debugging all happen in one place now instead of bouncing between docs, Stack Overflow, and editor. For pricing/ROI, the Plus subscription math is straightforward: if you're using it actively, the cost-per-hour-saved justifies it within the first week. It's essentially replaced most of the "let me Google this" moments with something that gives a synthesized, actionable answer immediately.

 ### 50. Everyday Help for Work, Tasks, and even simple questions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara A. | Data Entry support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

i love that he helps me everyday in simple tasks or hard tasks, gives me advices, gives me recommendations for trips, for my work he helps me also

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

sometimes his replies are a bit confusing, as if he wasn't thinking and a bit dumb, and his performance may vary beetwen conversation or theme

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i was strugglin with daily tasks and also with work tasks, but when i started using chatgpt he started helping me a lot, giving me from simple answers to some more complex, his support is something i rely on every day
