What do you like best about Chatfuel?

The ease of building a chatbot is just mindblowing. I am not a coder but still I dont face any difficulties in adding any feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chatfuel?

I feel their heart is beneath their product which is always the best. They are very friendly and offer clear tutorials. They offered a discount for non-profits. I love the new flow structure and ease of that visually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My experience with Chatfuel"

What do you like best about Chatfuel?

Its platform is very easy to use, and it's not necessary to have a lot of experience to start working. When I took on the task of configuring the bot for our operation, I had no previous experience with Chatfuel, but with its help portal, I was able to resolve some of my doubts. The integration options and block type options are numerous, and you have many possibilities to create the ideal workflow. They are constantly updating the portal to provide us with more options for use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatfuel?

If at any time you mistakenly delete a block from your flow or delete a process within a block, you have no option to restore to a previous state. This implies that you need to back up your process before making any changes, but since everything can be overlooked, make sure to do the backup at some point.

When you make a change in the flow, it happens in real time where you have it implemented, and you cannot test without affecting production. You should have a button to upload the changes to production to test it first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chatfuel solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the problem of human capital and service time. Currently, it seems more profitable to have a 24/7 bot service than to have 3 agents daily to cover the same schedule. Response times have improved, and users do not depend on a service agent to meet their needs.

Among the benefits we have experienced are the CAC and the incorporation of our products has decreased by 50%, and we still have the capacity to lower that CAC even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chatfuel?

It can be cleverly integrated with many additional services using API which makes it even more powerful for marketing, automation and utilising data. It also has many excellent features, backend settings and a useful analytics section to make sense of the user data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatfuel?

The user interface makes it difficult to visualise the flow of conversations and sequences. The interface and builder can also feel a bit "clunky" to use. This can take some time to get used to since it's not immediately intuitive. It does get much easier though, after spending time learning how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chatfuel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connecting it with an online booking system where user data can be automatically passed over and back again, increasing functionality and conversions. What do you like best about Chatfuel?

What I like best about Chatfuel is how simple it is to create a new Messenger Bot. It has a simple flow chart which you can show your clients which lays out every possible answer, flows and how it will all work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatfuel?

One thing I dislike would have to be how cluttered the UI can get at times, sometimes their are too many options and can be slimmed down but it's no big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Chatfuel:

If you are after a bot set up tool, and want some more advanced features, then Chatfuel is the way to go. There are a few advanced features in the pro version such as being able to generate special fields for contact and lead attribution and our clients love those features. It is super simple to implement, and there has been no issues going in and editing a question or field without ruining your entire flow. You can easily see the bot flow which impresses clients as they can see all the possible answers, and questions available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chatfuel solving and how is that benefiting you?

One massive problem we're solving is, time allocated to create a bot. If we were to code a bot for our clients it would take hours, with Chatfuel, we are able to generate flows easily and implement them even easier. Some of the pre-built sequences like phone number has strict validation. So any variance from the form its looking for causes an error. You then need to do a user input without validation. chatbot is very easy to use platform for build facebook page messenger chatbot.we can set all predefined messege block for reply user automatically.not hard to build chabot for messenger with chatfuel.we can attach images, link and third party plugin with predefined messege block for reply user quickly.chatfuel provide feature for set AI rule for chatbot we can set up AI rule for if user say something what bot will reply for that.we can test our chatbot with facebook messenger.chatfuel provide user analytics of chatbot this is very good.
