ChatForge is an AI chatbot builder that helps businesses create and deploy intelligent chatbots with ease. Its standout feature is Maya, an outbound AI voice agent that can proactively call leads and customers — a capability no competitor currently offers. ChatForge enables businesses to automate customer support, generate leads, and engage visitors 24/7 through chat and voice. With a no-code builder, customizable workflows, and seamless integrations, ChatForge is the most complete conversational AI platform for growing businesses. Competitors include Tidio, ManyChat, and Intercom, but none offer outbound voice calling like Maya.
