ChatDesq is a WhatsApp Business API platform for Indian D2C brands. ₹0 platform fee, forever: every feature free; brands pay only per message. Built by Apporio Infolabs; formerly called Kontaktly. Teams get a shared team inbox with chat assignment, roles, private notes, @mentions and canned replies; broadcasts and campaigns sent from Meta-approved templates to customer segments, with delivery, read and reply tracking; no-code automation for chatbot flows and drip sequences triggered by keywords, tags or events; and an AI agent that answers from the brand's knowledge base and hands off to a human. There is no subscription, no setup fee and no per-seat charge, and team members are unlimited. Message charges come from a prepaid wallet. Developers get a REST API, webhooks and a Zapier app, and the team can reply from the iOS and Android apps.
