Chatdek is an AI chatbot and AI receptionist for business websites. You add your business information (or let it read your website), paste one snippet into your site, and the assistant answers visitors in their own language at any hour. It books appointments, captures leads with your own forms, opens support tickets, and passes the conversation to your team for live chat when a person should step in. Everything lands in one portal: conversations, leads, bookings, tickets, contacts and reports. Built for clinics, dental practices, salons, real estate agents, restaurants, law firms, home services and agencies. Agency plans add white label, client logins and multiple websites.
