If I were to pick some nits, I think the initial setup of the dialogue trees was a tad more involved than I initially anticipated. There's a bit of learning curve in figuring out how the bot will respond to very specific messy customer queries. I would have appreciated even more sophisticated 'Monday morning reporting' functionality that gave us a quick look at exactly what the bot processed over the weekend so we could jumpstart the week even faster.
