I have been using chatbot builder for over a year now and the biggest point that has stuck with me, was the level of support they provide when needed. The fact that the Founder and CEO of the company will frequently spend his time personally helping the community is unheard of. On top of this they are always adding new features aimed at making the experience easier for both new and old users alike.

Last but not least, I enjoy the flexibility that Chatbot Builder offers when building bots. When I need a quick and easy solution to a problem, I can devise one quickly, but I also have the power to dive off the deep end and take the product to it's limits. I tried the PRO plan version and everything is there, and I moved on to the Whitelabel Plan. Here, I think it would be great to have at least a 1-hour personalized support session at the beginning, for all the initial setup, plus more videos and documentation geared towards the Whitelabel Plans. But definitely the best thing is that it can be easily integrated with most contact channels that a common person might be interested in using, such as Facebook, Instagram and even WhatsApp. All with the use of AI. And this makes it a powerful tool because it connects the world of real consumers with chatbots that are usually isolated only to websites.
