The owner of Chatbot builder and his team are extremely passionate about the product they are bringing to the market, and the passion shows. I have been using chatbot builder for over a year now and the biggest point that has stuck with me, was the level of support they provide when needed. The fact that the Founder and CEO of the company will frequently spend his time personally helping the community is unheard of. On top of this they are always adding new features aimed at making the experience easier for both new and old users alike. Last but not least, I enjoy the flexibility that Chatbot Builder offers when building bots. When I need a quick and easy solution to a problem, I can devise one quickly, but I also have the power to dive off the deep end and take the product to it's limits. I don't really have anything bad to say about the product, the team takes a lot of pride in what they do and listen closely to the community for potential additions requested. As I mentioned in my review, there is a lot of flexibility present in the tools and it helps me to go from a minimum viable product into a larger scale at my own pace which is helpful when engaging with new clients. What I like most about Chatbotbuilder is that everything is just one click away and is easy to understand and intuitive. But definitely the best thing is that it can be easily integrated with most contact channels that a common person might be interested in using, such as Facebook, Instagram and even WhatsApp. All with the use of AI. And this makes it a powerful tool because it connects the world of real consumers with chatbots that are usually isolated only to websites. In fact, my opinion is that in the future, websites are going to become obsolete because directly from the most important social platforms, people will be directed to immediate points of attention such as CBB and this changes the entire current commercial dynamic. The main problem that the tool solves for me is that it brings the world of AI chatbots closer to the reality of how consumers consume and search for products, that is, on social networks and CBB offers the best integrations available to date. The other reality is that most small companies do not have the resources to create large infrastructures such as web pages or large information storage systems to be able to train chatbots, especially with AI and CBB allows any company of any size to access highly powerful AI tools with minimal cost levels.
