**What do you like best about Chatbase?**

Chatbase is a lifesaver when it comes to managing multiple clients - I can quickly spin up separate AI agents for each one, all trained on their own unique data. I'm currently juggling around a dozen agents, and the dashboard is super intuitive, making it easy to keep everything straight. Honestly, one of the most useful features is the Suggestions tool, which I think is often overlooked. It alerts me when there's a gap in the knowledge base, so I know exactly what content I need to add to make it more comprehensive.

**What do you dislike about Chatbase?**

The analytics dashboard is a good starting point, but it's a bit limited - I can see the overall chat volume and top queries, which is helpful, but my clients often want more detailed breakdowns. Honestly, the lack of filters is a real issue - I end up having to export the data and do a lot of the analysis myself, which is time-consuming. Maybe if there were more options for drilling down into the data, it'd be a lot more useful for me and my clients.

**What problems is Chatbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Chatbase, every time a client asked for a chatbot, it was a custom dev project - a huge undertaking that'd take weeks of work just to scope and build. Now, I can whip up a fully trained AI agent demo for a new client in just an afternoon, which is honestly a game-changer. It's completely flipped our service model on its head, and this has become one of our most profitable offerings. I think the other big benefit is the maintenance time - or lack thereof. When a client updates their product line or changes a policy, I just upload the new docs and retrain the AI, it's very easy to do.

**What do you like best about Chatbase?**

The multi-channel deployment is a game-changer - it's so convenient. We started by embedding the agent on our website, and then it was easy to roll it out to WhatsApp and Slack without having to rebuild anything from scratch. Honestly, that saved us weeks of time and effort, which is huge compared to what other vendors had quoted us. I think what really sets this apart, though, is the flexibility to swap between different LLM models depending on what we need. For simple FAQs, we use a more budget-friendly model, but for technical questions, we switch to a more powerful one - it's great to have that option.

**What do you dislike about Chatbase?**

The credit system can be a bit tricky to wrap your head around at first. Since different AI models burn through credits at varying speeds, it's tough to nail down exactly how many you'll need each month when you're setting up your initial contract.

**What problems is Chatbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were drowning in repetitive tickets, but Chatbase has been a game-changer - it now handles about 70% of those automatically. Our support queue has dropped significantly, and honestly, it's been a huge relief for our team. They can finally focus on the complex issues that actually need a human touch. What's really surprised us, though, is that our ops team has started using the same agent internally to look up policies and procedures. Instead of digging through documentation, they can just search the agent and get what they need - it's saved them a ton of time.

**What do you like best about Chatbase?**

We used to have a generic contact form that just routed people to sales. The AI now qualifies leads in real-time, asks the right questions to figure out which plan they would need, and then books a meeting with the  right rep. As a result, our sales team no longer has to sift through leads but only talks to prospect who is genuinely a good fit. Pipeline quality significantly improved during the first quarter.

**What do you dislike about Chatbase?**

It look some back and forth on CRM integration to get it exactly how we wanted it. Their engineering team created a tailored integration for our use.

**What problems is Chatbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The SDR team was losing time on lead qualification. The AI is now responsible for handling leads at the top of the funnel, and our human sales team only steps in when someone is actually qualified. Prospects have significantly faster response times, as the AI is immediate.

**What do you like best about Chatbase?**

We initially wanted to use it for our customer service, but it became clear very quickly that it would make an excellent internal knowledge base as well, where our ops team will ask it questions about our internal operations and policies, rather than search the documentation for that information. From a customer point of view, it helps to handle questions about appointments, insurance, and other issues that were taking over our phones.

**What do you dislike about Chatbase?**

Since we work in the healthcare industry, there is a need to be extra cautious about what kind of data it gets trained on, since it is prohibited from collecting any personally identifiable information. However, they also said they would become HIPAA-compliant soon as well.

**What problems is Chatbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it helps address both our needs - one externally and one internally, which was not the plan initially, yet worked out just fine.

I like that Chatbase's interface is very clean and user-friendly, making it easy to understand and perform tasks quickly. It's been really helpful for us, and everything is very easy to set up. Additionally, whenever we needed help, the team responded immediately and handled the whole process with care.

While designing the page, it took us a while to find some things (for example chat interface/chat widget). It could be helpful to have one single place for everything related to design.

I have a website and I just had to put the link of my website into Chatbase and it took care of scanning it completely, it was very easy to implement and integrate.

Now when I ask it something that I know is on my website, it takes care of finding the information and answering me in the ChatGPT style.

They have a roadmap which I would like them to work on faster, they have many good requests from users and I see that they are making very little progress.

The best thing about this tool is that it allows you to create a Bot without programming anything, just by providing all the information you want to analyze so that the bot can respond to you.

In other words, the Bot does not go out to search for information on the Internet or anywhere else, it only responds with the information you have provided, making it ideal for selling your products on your website or for functioning as an assistant, etc.

**What do you like best about Chatbase?**

Very easy to set up new chatbots and embed them on websites, I have used it in a classroom environment setting up chatbots for my courses and loading them up with all the materials from the course so students can ask questions about the materials, deliverables, etc...

**What do you dislike about Chatbase?**

At the end of the day Chatbase is another service using the OpenAI API to build a service, and even though it's very well executed, competition on this front has heated up significantly so there are a lot of competitive hurdles ahead. Other than that, it needs to aggresively improve, which is challenging.

I am using it with students as a way to better understand the contents of the course. The students can ask the chatbot anything about the course and it can specifically help them analyze complex topics.

Takes almost no time to set up, you simply link your data to it, and it calls ChatGPTs API using that. A great no code solution that allows easy integration into projects or websites.

Less customizability. If you were to code this from scratch, which I have done, you could alter the prompts to better fit your needs. This however isnt a problem for most applications.

Allows customers or users of a website to get human like answers from a comprehensive database of information. cutting back on support costs and delivering a high quality solution. I am currently testing in for release on my company website and am fairly satisfied with the ease of use and quality of service.

This was my initial experience with the tool, and I'm truly impressed. I uploaded a 15-page PDF and posed questions to Chatbase, and it provided accurate responses. It's often frustrating to search through lengthy PDFs for specific information, but this tool simplifies the process for us. I'm really impressed the way it works. It just takes few minutes to have a chatbot that could answer the queries on the uploaded content.
