What do you like best about Chaser?

The automation and less human intervention. This gives us confidence that nothing is also missed. It is easy to implement and the support was brilliant from the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaser?

The promises or commitments scheduled, there is not queue or list of these. I made the suggestion to the onboarding team and they are looking at this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's fantastic to hear that your experience implementing the software and working with our support team has been positive. We're glad that the ability to remove the risk of human error and allow visibility to additional internal stakeholders is a useful feature for you.

I can see your request in our system to show invoices with expected payment dates in a report view. This has been reviewed by our Head of Product and will be added to future product roadmaps. We'll email you as soon as this feature goes live.

What do you like best about Chaser?

Chaser is a very aforadble but powerful tool. It's made Credit Control a breeze as it basically runs itself thanks to the API with our accounting software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaser?

The way it groups invoices together can sometimes lead to multiple emails going out at once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're pleased to hear that Chaser has reduced the time and effort you have to spend on recovering outstanding payments.

Regarding your feedback about grouping invoices and multiple emails going out at once, this is a setting that can be changed in-app. The 'Group invoices by reminder type' setting will prevent your customers from receiving multiple emails, ensuring your chases always appear human and professional.

What do you like best about Chaser?

Quick and easy set-up, seamless integration with Xero. Immediately syncs any changes / updates you've made in Xero.

Clear and effective wording of email templates.

Automatically scheduling frees up so much of your time and Chaser will recommend the best times to send emails.

Option to not chase particular companies or invoices. This is helpful when you know something has been paid but hasn't yet shown on Xero.

The support from the Chaser Team is good.

Dedicated Collection Team who are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaser?

Nothing I disliked but things I think could be added or improved:

We found the Payer Ratings weren't accurate reflections.

Chaser Pay took too long to set-up.

Would love the Credit Check to extend internationally and to have a Credit Agreement function added to the service.

I get a little lost around the interface. There's probably a lot more there to utilise than I'm aware of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chaser?

We've been using Chaser for around 2 years now and wow, it's save so much time having to manually write emails and we can pick the phone up straight away. It's really simple to use and contains all the invoices which are overdue/due. You can amend the template to make it have that human feel and less automated which is a huge bonus. What do you dislike about Chaser?

It doesn't have a feature to include credits which is a shame, as we occasionally get customers advise we're wrong as there's a credit on the account. The emails sometimes don't go out to a issue in the background that we're not aware of. Although these things happen, usually Chaser sort them in a timely manner. What do you like best about Chaser?

Ease of setup of Chaser with Xero . Much better than using the built in Xero debt chasing system as where a customer has multiple invoices outstanding it will consolidate the chasing onto a single email. We set the system to chase every Tuesday at 11am. Customer support and account management is responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaser?

The workflow of the system in relation to in-house telephone chasing does not work for us so we end up using manual work arounds Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation - enabling schedules and creating templates easily to configure how and when you want to chase clients is a lifesaver. Using Chaser has helped save a lot of time that would have been spent chasing debt manually and has helped us to get paid quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaser?

If an invoice is raised and added to our accounting system in between the internal chaselist reminder is sent to us by Chaser and the timing of the chase, these invoices can be included in the chaselist, which is not ideal. I'd like some kind of notifcation system to notify me of this and allow me to pause or stop a chase on these invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
