I'd love to see ChartMogul being natively integrated with Segment (Customer Data Platform ). Over-time analysis of growth and churn is the primary use case for us. It's also very useful for us to deep dive down into dat by connecting financial metrics with product-usage data. I like ChartMogul because it allows me to track our most important business metrics in an easy and efficient way. The data is very accurately calculated so we have full confidence in it. I love the email notifications it gives me. Our chart mogul is set up in a way that we get notified every time a new client purchases, churns, upgrades etc... In my sales role, I talk with many clients and they purchase on their own time. I wish creating your metrics were easier, or I'd love to see them adding more metrics like customer retention rate, repeat purchase rate, etc. When trying to build these metrics by yourself things yet hard... It's incredible how they can manage data and the business rules as no other service (that I know of) can. Some MRR movements aren't interpreted correctly. If a user buys two years of access at different moments, it recognizes as expansion, but actually, they only bought more access time. ChartMogul helps me see at a glance useful metrics about my SaaS subscription. Stripe offers a dashboard but it's really nothing alike. One downside about ChartMogul is that it sometimes think that there is a new subscriber when in fact the payment (from Stripe) has failed. There is always a slight lag to adjust to this.
