Sometimes I'm not sure if a certain artist is actually perfoming at the level that the data is saying. I would like to see someting that flags the data as not real because if I am researching an artist, I want to make sure that there are real people supporting him or her. **What problems is Chartmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chartmetric helps me make decisions and discover new artists that could inspire me as an artist. ### 2. I use the artist tier and would love to use the whole product but it's too expensive. **What do you dislike about Chartmetric?** the price point is too high for most indie labels and artists. **What problems is Chartmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?** the main use find for chartmetric is comprehensive data for artist projects. ### 3. I can track my myself, as an artist, and see which playlists have added me, when I was added and how many followers that playlist has. **What do you dislike about Chartmetric?** When I first signed up, I had a free one week trial of Chartmetric's paid version. I didn't upgrade after my free trial was over, as I didn't see the benefit for me to do so. A good bit of the information that I find on Chartmetric I can also get on artist@spotify or through CD Baby. **Recommendations to others considering Chartmetric:** I would recommend using Chartmetric and even trying their paid version to see if it would benefit you. **What problems is Chartmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to easily locate Spotify playlists and their curators. I've been able to chart which playlists may be ones that I'd like to pursue and see if I can get my music added to. ### 4. It's a great tool for music business companies/managers which helps you better understand artists growth on social and streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music. I love the fact that you can see in which playlist the artist has been featured and see playlist growth over time. **What do you dislike about Chartmetric?** The only think I dislike is that contacts informations of playlists curators are not in unless you insert them yourself. **Recommendations to others considering Chartmetric:** If you're considering Chartmetric to implement it in your music strategy then you're in the right place.
