"The People Analytics Tool You Need"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChartHop?

ChartHop allows you to organize all of your people data together in one platform, create queries, and reports to reference the data when you need it and how you need it. Not to mention a beautifully developed org chart design in a seamless UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartHop?

As with all industries, there are specific nuances that might not fit the mold of the system. However, ChartHop's onboarding team is determined to help you solve the problem and is very open to adding customer solutions to their roadmap that can benefit you and their future customers. The best relationships in tech are symbiotic ones where designers *really* listen to their customers; ChartHop does that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic Team and Product is going in the right direction!"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ChartHop?

The customer support team is all-in! They are working with a product (that feels like a service at times) and constantly adapting to meet the shifting demands and previously unforeseen needs of teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartHop?

ChartHop is not a mature product yet. The way Charthop feels it should be used in an enterprise fashion is different from we (the customer) believe it should be used - for example, which employees should be added as users. The CQL language is intuitive but creates dissonance with some admins. Altogether, a good experience with some room to grow! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's a very powerful tool and the support team is very friendly and helpful."
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChartHop?

The capabilities and adaptability of the tool make it very personalizable, maintaining a visually appealing appearance that helps keep the tool engaging for the rest of the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartHop?

There's still room for further integrations, as well as making some things more intuitive for the users when configuring the data behind it. As friendly as the support team is, we should have to rely on them as much as we've had to so far to get our information up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about ChartHop?

The amount of info within the product itself is so helpful, but adding in the syncs to other systems like hiring and payroll systems and it just makes my life so much easier. As an admin, my favorite feature is the ability to view the product as someone else so I know what they can see and can help them when they need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartHop?

Because of the syncs with other systems, it is hard to get up and running. I would love some type of roadmap that tells me what syncs happen with each of the other products we use and which direction it goes in and when the next auto sync will occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More than just a dynamic org chart - truly an extension of our HRIS."
5/5
What do you like best about ChartHop?

We originally used Charthop as a dynamic org chart, but have further implemented for headcount planning, compensation planning, and more. It syncs with our existing People systems, JustWorks and Carta, to provide a single, dynamic, always-up-to-date view of Trusted. Even with all that we have yet to unlock its full potential. We could spend a lot more time playing around with the reporting functionality.

We just started to manage people processes such as headcount planning and compensation reviews with this tool. It holds most of our individual-specific (levels, job codes) compensation data for FTEs. It's an excellent tool, Customer Success team has been responsive and intelligent on support. 10/10 would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartHop?

My one ask would be for the ability to csv bulk upload smart bucket data. I'd also love the ability to hold data that isn't related specifically to one employee (i.e. general comp bands). Recently they improved the integration with Lever and that made a HUGE difference, I appreciate knowing that the roadmap actually does come true. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Charthop is great!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChartHop?

I like the org chart, looking forward to getting to use the Reviews option; overall it seems like a great HR option and is also visually astonishing. It's definetly one of the best tools I've used, and I have used plenty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartHop?

I haven't found many downsides yet. The Help guide is great and helps you make your way around easily when you do have doubts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lots of options for customization"
4/5
What do you like best about ChartHop?

The visual org chart is a really great feature, and I love that we can plan future scenarios. There are lots of options to customize your usage, and I love that it integrates with our other HR programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartHop?

Not as user-friendly (in regards to navigation) as I had hoped. Because of the number of customizations available, it has a learning curve. I wish it was better integrated with our HRIS. Some of the fields do not populate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fabulous for future workfoce planning"
4/5
What do you like best about ChartHop?

Charthop has been helpful in terms of organizational planning. I love that we are able to create a future-facing organization chart and add jobs that we don't currently have to it. I can be a very beneficial tool for recruiting teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartHop?

I don't think there's anything I particularly dislike. The reporting tools are SO robust that it can sometimes be confusing trying to find a report that works best in a particular scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes a difference"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChartHop?

ChartHop has definitely made great strides from it's original debut. It's a great software that can help organizations stay organized, work more efficiently maintaining their employees, and help for future budgeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartHop?

I definitely think there needs to be more development in the reporting features, tracking terminations and dates in one place versus two, and more built out functionality with ATS's and how each company may differ in initial set-up. There are definitely bugs that are being identified throughout use, but that is to be a given at this stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Charthop is a great tool to keep track of a dynamic, ever changing organization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChartHop?

The org chart is interactive and helps everyone visualize. From an administrator standpoint, the ability to customize and store whatever kind of information we need is also extremely impactful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartHop?

Bugs pop up fairly frequently and some things still do not feel as user-friendly as they should be. I find that even after over a year of heavy use of the product, I still lean heavily on the CH support team for certain tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
