Also, it is a great tracker for almost anything that happens in our Organization, and the integration with Slack is a very helpful feature that had helped me many a times.

In my opinion, I like how I can see the last and new reviews right besides each other. It is easy to use and also has the needed integration.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

The company org chart is very hard to drill down and the view doesn't stabilize at times. The thumbnails for images are extremely small and a small zoom view those would be great. I think, as a user I can live without it currently.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

The UI is extremely intuitive and and very pleasant to work with. The time toggler filter is a gret was yo see and track company, people, and departments' growth over time.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

Previous software I used to use, had a helpful feature that would make guessing people's names based on profile pictures a game. It was a great way to learn co-workers names in a growing organization.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're providing a superior UI experience when it comes to organization charts plus also a lok back in time to how departments looked like - a great way to track progress.

  ### 17. Great idea with good potential

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

I like that the org chart is super easy to use and that you can actually see the growth of the company over time. And so do all our employees! It tells a story about who we are and the growth path we're on. I also like the colorful reporting, it just takes a while to set it up.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

You almost have to be some kind of coding or excel wizard to figure out some of the filters. We ran our last two performance review cycles out of Lattice and we had to exclude two particular groups of our employees based on two different fields. We had to get wildly creative and use all sorts of "not this but that" sort of filters to make things happen. When it comes to the standard reporting (not the data sheet, that's great!), you have to set up individual tables for each item you want to view. So for our performance reviews with 6 rating-type questions, I had to set up a myriad of individual boxes to cross-reference content. It was also not as easy as we thought it would be to duplicate a cycle.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ChartHop as a stop-gap to fill in some of the missing pieces that we don't have with our current HRIS or LMS systems - the org chart, data storage, req IDs, headcount planning, a comp tool, performance reviews, etc.

  ### 18. Technology and AI

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast and calculative in solving complex tasks.

  ### 19. GOAL FOCUSED

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

CHARTHOP is unique platform , no negatives

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 20. Great hub for People Data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elton S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

Charthop has, bar none, the best customer service out of any company that I work with. They are always very happy to walk us through different features, and they take our product requests heavily into account whenever we need them to. They've been flexible with billing terms and it really feels like a partnership when I work with them. Feature wise - their in-house analytics and such are quite good, and the way they display data is quite good too. It's not a replacement for an HRIS but a good complement if you need more powerful reporting capabilities.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

They're still a bit of a new tool so it's hard to fault them, but there are a few bugs that could be sorted out.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Theyre helping us hook all of our systems in and act as a hub for most of our HR data. They have pretty good security setup and are very customizable. I have high hopes for their success.

  ### 21. Generally helpful for org charts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2023

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

ChartHop is helpful for explaining org charts.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

The system can be a bit clunky, and you need to zoom in frequently to get to the right place.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChartHop helps teammates understand who sits where within our organization, and what role each person plays.

  ### 22. Very easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2023

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

seeing my profile and being able to see my organization's org chart easily.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

I have not seen anything that i dislike about charthop

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

there was no where to see my performance before and now everything is in one place.

  ### 23. ChartHop is a MAGICAL portal!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

My favorite part of Charthop is the UX/UI when you log into the portal. I love how interactive the portal is and how it brings the org chart to life. With over 700 employees globally, it can be tough to understand who reports to who internally, and the tool makes finding that information a breeze.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

There isn't anything that I dislike specifically about Charthop. I believe an area of opportunity for our team is to being segmenting out reports within Charthop so teams like revenue, product and CS can easily find the orgs/information they are looking for. So more on us!

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of having readily & accurate information for our employees all in one place. ChartHop acts as at command center for our people operations.

  ### 24. Talent Resourcer - Work on all things talent development/performance related.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

All information contained in one place for each employee. Easy for managers to access. The performance review tool in Charthop was easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

The forms that open up are not large enough on the screen - the box for answering is small and hard to review responses without scrolling up and down (a lot). There is no spellcheck function which was a big request across our org. Also would like for the "Field" boxes to contain the entire question....this would be useful when you go back to edit within a profile tab as sometimes it's hard to understand what the full question was with just the short field description.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The review process was much simplified using the Charthop tool. It was easy to administer and easy for our managers and employees to complete.

  ### 25. The Biggest Waste of $$

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison B. | Talent Acquisition Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

The concept our salesperson sold us on - that's it.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

1) Implementation and customer success team are made up of amateurs

2) Took them over 5 months of our 12 month contract to complete their part of the implementation tasks/resolving issues with integrations

3) Slow response times and inadequate support during implementation

4) The trainings were rushed and we were forced to work around ChartHop's teams availability for live trainings (which further delayed our go-live timeline) - when in reality trainings could have been self-paced recorded videos

5) Functionality of the product is weak

6) Lack of support from CS team when we finally went live

ChartHop moves at a snails-pace and clearly could care less about how much time they are wasting on your contract by running an inefficient implementation process

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChartHop has not solved any of the problems we've had with headcount planning - ChartHop has only caused more issues with the lack of functionality and support from their team

  ### 26. Great way to organise

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2023

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

How it can give me a great overview of the company and relevant information on he people that work there that facilitates my job on a daily basis. It's intuitive to use

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

Sometimes, when you have a certain number of people, it's hard to find effective ways to visualise the whole structure of the company without the size being too small

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easy for me to access data and have an overall view of the people in the organisation. In addition to that, it helps with the recruitment planning visualization and understand how we are growing

  ### 27. User Friendly Org Chart 👏

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

I love the org chart! I think the About Me prompt questions are a nice touch too.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

Nothing to dislike yet. I've only been using for a few weeks but so far so good.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChartHop is providing HR analytics to our org for people who aren't in HR. It makes it easy to connect with others outside of your immediate team.

  ### 28. ChartHop = 10/10!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth L. | People Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

The user interface is engaging, and the webite is extremely easy to learn and use. ChartHop has made working with our people data a breeze! Plus, the support team is fantastic and always quickly addresses any issues.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

Still lacks some features, but we have tickets out to their engineers on those requests.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChartHop allows us to view and analyze our People Data easily. It is much easier than using our HRIS viewing and reporting tools, which are outdated and unapproachable.

  ### 29. ChartHop has been a great partner with ONE and allowed us to release org charts to the company!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

Jen Orellana has been nothing short of amazing! Being able to do reviews, scenario planning, and org charts in one platform is key!

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

We wish that the numbers of the graphs showed up on the graph when we exported. We need to create our own tables since the numbers only show up on the platform itself

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Releasing open roles, org charts, and location of employees!

  ### 30. ChartHop really makes HRIS easy and intuitive in a way that I haven't seen anywhere else.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey D. | Manager, People Data Science, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

It's intuitive. The data sheet feature is fabulous, and I appreciate being able to share key metrics via reports.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

I wish there were some more customization options on the back end: color palettes, default views, the ability to change sensitivity for built-in fields, etc

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By making it easier to view people data, it allows stakeholders to have better insight into their orgs.

  ### 31. The implementation team is excellent.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

The most helpful features in ChartHop are the way the performance review flows to the compensation section and all the different ways to look at employee information using the Org. Chart and Profile functions.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

It would be helpful if ChartHop had a better way to flow the performance reviews through from manager to department head to HR.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The compensation feature is excellent. It makes our budgeting process and compensation process much more thorough and simplified.

  ### 32. A great service with a range of uses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

The organisation chart is easy to use. The various filters available are extremely useful from an HR, finance, and management point of view. The reporting and hiring plan features are something that we will be using in the future in conjunction with our HRIS system.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

As charthop seems to be continually developing, there isn't much I don't like. I believe they are in the process of improving their data upload procedure which will make it easier for the users to keep all data up to date.

**Recommendations to others considering ChartHop:**

Make use of the scenarios function

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main use of charthop for us was for organisation chart feature. Our company is rapidly growing and we needed a system that could display all of our employees in an easy to view way.

  ### 33. Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karoline S. | Vice President, People & Culture, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

ChartHop has completed changed the way we look at employee data. Most HRIS have an org chart feature that is beyond basic. Lacking would be putting it kindly. ChartHop syncs information from our HRIS and ATS to automatically show us a dynamic org chart that shows us current team plus future hires and can easily scroll in time to see historical and future states. We can easily switch views from department to location or any other category we are interested in. The map view has also helped immensely in visualizing how our fully distributed company is spread throughout the world.

The data sheets option has also been great for seeing data in excel style format. An automatic sync option into Google Sheets has made quickly viewing information and collaborating a breeze. We have almost completely stopped using our HRIS reporting feature and instead review data through ChartHop.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

It's hard to think of something to dislike about ChartHop. Our company does a lot of things a little differently which can lead to many customization requests. ChartHop has been able to accommodate almost every ask we have thrown their way. The only exceptions have more to do with our HRIS API than with ChartHop. The one area that is not customizable as much as we'd like is the equity tracking feature, but that is by no means a deal breaker. We use a different system for that. Would just have been nice to have it all in one place.

**Recommendations to others considering ChartHop:**

I highly recommend ChartHop for HR Analytics. It is not an HRIS replacement, but you will definitely want to use it as an HRIS replacement for reporting and analytics needs. The scenario planning and compensation event management features are also great.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No longer having to manually update an org chart that would fit our needs has been great. The map feature is extremely popular with our team members. The automatic syncs from Data Sheets to Google Sheets have made automating the flow of information easy which has saved my team so much time.

  ### 34. Worked with ChartHop on Comp Model Implementation & reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Billy P. | SR Financial Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

I love how intuitive the product is. I recently started with the company and have readily navigated the product. The UI is very appealing and well laid out. I like the dashboard and the components of what is included. I like how easy it is to pull data from the data sheet tab. My reports always run faster than an ADP report would for example.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

Access issues prevented me from using the product to its full potential right away. My org had a challenge in fully understanding access by employee. The built in reports have been under utilized in our org. They seem a little complicated to get started. For example, I want to run a report for financial planning purposes, instead of using the reports, I just export the data. Another under utilized function in our org is the history section.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting to the point to run our full compensation planning in CH. This will be our first year fully utilizing this tool. We are able to organize our data for one off promotions/raises and the appropriate approvals for each.

  ### 35. HR Business Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara O. | Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

I love the fact that I can pull up the Map feature to see where all the offices and employees are located, and that I can view it at certain points in time. It's great for a quick view into our growth!

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

The reporting functionality could be a little easier to use. I don't use it generally since we run reports from our HR system, but I could see the Report feature being helpful for creating different graphs and visuals for meetings.

**Recommendations to others considering ChartHop:**

It's a great tool to help increase employee engagement, and the Org Chart feature is just all-around fun to use!

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to ChartHop, we were documenting the organization manually in a PPT org chart. It was impossible to keep up with, and employees didn't have access to this PPT for that reason. ChartHop allowed us to provide a resource for employees to see each other's titles, locations, faces, etc. It has also been a great way for employees to feel more connected and aware of who's who during a time where we're essentially all working from home.

  ### 36. Great application with a lot of practical uses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

Compiles data from HRIS and ATS to compile a robust database to build reports and organization structures. Charthop does a great job mapping fields to integrate with most apps your company uses to track the employee journey.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

Not the most user-friendly to map custom fields and build reports independently. Still somewhat scrappy - i.e. variable comp is pulling from Greenhouse when it should likely come from our HRIS to represent the entire employee base. A lot of questions need to be answered directly by a rep, could use a more robust learning platform.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Headcount planning & approvals, reporting on employee data, building possible headcount plans and syncing to the master.

  ### 37. The People Analytics Tool You Need

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim V. | Group Vice President, Head of Business Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

ChartHop allows you to organize all of your people data together in one platform, create queries, and reports to reference the data when you need it and how you need it. Not to mention a beautifully developed org chart design in a seamless UX.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

As with all industries, there are specific nuances that might not fit the mold of the system. However, ChartHop's onboarding team is determined to help you solve the problem and is very open to adding customer solutions to their roadmap that can benefit you and their future customers. The best relationships in tech are symbiotic ones where designers *really* listen to their customers; ChartHop does that.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data visualization is the largest issue we've had as we've scaled. We have the data, but not in one place - we're hoping ChartHop will continue to grow with us.

  ### 38. Fantastic Team and Product is going in the right direction!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

The customer support team is all-in! They are working with a product (that feels like a service at times) and constantly adapting to meet the shifting demands and previously unforeseen needs of teams.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

ChartHop is not a mature product yet. The way Charthop feels it should be used in an enterprise fashion is different from we (the customer) believe it should be used - for example, which employees should be added as users. The CQL language is intuitive but creates dissonance with some admins. Altogether, a good experience with some room to grow!

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Headcount Planning, Compensation Reviews, Illustrative Org Charts and insightful reporting. All of these facets of ChartHop are helpful and have benefited us during our Series C growth.

  ### 39. It's a very powerful tool and the support team is very friendly and helpful.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago E. | Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

The capabilities and adaptability of the tool make it very personalizable, maintaining a visually appealing appearance that helps keep the tool engaging for the rest of the users.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

There's still room for further integrations, as well as making some things more intuitive for the users when configuring the data behind it. As friendly as the support team is, we should have to rely on them as much as we've had to so far to get our information up and running.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having employees from different parts of the world, being able to have everyone in one place with their information integrated really allows us to have a better notion of where the company is standing and where we want to take it.

  ### 40. Powerful Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

The amount of info within the product itself is so helpful, but adding in the syncs to other systems like hiring and payroll systems and it just makes my life so much easier. As an admin, my favorite feature is the ability to view the product as someone else so I know what they can see and can help them when they need it.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

Because of the syncs with other systems, it is hard to get up and running. I would love some type of roadmap that tells me what syncs happen with each of the other products we use and which direction it goes in and when the next auto sync will occur.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the team, everyone can know who everyone else is and their role--with the new virtual offices, this is more important than ever! For me in HR, I can have all the info I need in one spot.

  ### 41. More than just a dynamic org chart - truly an extension of our HRIS.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kjerste L. | Head of People, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2021

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

We originally used Charthop as a dynamic org chart, but have further implemented for headcount planning, compensation planning, and more. It syncs with our existing People systems, JustWorks and Carta, to provide a single, dynamic, always-up-to-date view of Trusted. Even with all that we have yet to unlock its full potential. We could spend a lot more time playing around with the reporting functionality.

We just started to manage people processes such as headcount planning and compensation reviews with this tool. It holds most of our individual-specific (levels, job codes) compensation data for FTEs. It's an excellent tool, Customer Success team has been responsive and intelligent on support. 10/10 would recommend.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

My one ask would be for the ability to csv bulk upload smart bucket data. I'd also love the ability to hold data that isn't related specifically to one employee (i.e. general comp bands). Recently they improved the integration with Lever and that made a HUGE difference, I appreciate knowing that the roadmap actually does come true.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Org Chart
Headcount planning (annual and quarterly)
Compensation Planning
Employee specific comp data
Holistic view of employee compensation (equity and comp)
Infancy of reporting but see a lot of potential there

  ### 42. Charthop is great!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheryl C. | HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

I like the org chart, looking forward to getting to use the Reviews option; overall it seems like a great HR option and is also visually astonishing. It's definetly one of the best tools I've used, and I have used plenty.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

I haven't found many downsides yet. The Help guide is great and helps you make your way around easily when you do have doubts.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Org Chart seems to be a problem with other tools, not with Charthop. The option to build scenarios is also pretty cool. And I am looking to use the Reviews option for a Revamp.

  ### 43. Lots of options for customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

The visual org chart is a really great feature, and I love that we can plan future scenarios. There are lots of options to customize your usage, and I love that it integrates with our other HR programs.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

Not as user-friendly (in regards to navigation) as I had hoped. Because of the number of customizations available, it has a learning curve. I wish it was better integrated with our HRIS. Some of the fields do not populate.

**Recommendations to others considering ChartHop:**

ChartHop's customer support is beyond fantastic. Their team goes above and beyond to assist you through the process and is always available if you run into an issue.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can complete headcount planning and evals with ChartHop. We eliminated another platform because ChartHop offers that feature within their system. I like the visual aspect CharHop offers

  ### 44. Fabulous for future workfoce planning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

Charthop has been helpful in terms of organizational planning. I love that we are able to create a future-facing organization chart and add jobs that we don't currently have to it. I can be a very beneficial tool for recruiting teams.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

I don't think there's anything I particularly dislike. The reporting tools are SO robust that it can sometimes be confusing trying to find a report that works best in a particular scenario.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're not solving any particular problem. We're mostly using the platform to administer in depth reporting and help with the future planning of our growing organization. It can be difficult trying to figure out what roles we want, who they will report to, and the impact they will have on our structure, but ChartHop helps.

  ### 45. Makes a difference

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

ChartHop has definitely made great strides from it's original debut. It's a great software that can help organizations stay organized, work more efficiently maintaining their employees, and help for future budgeting.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

I definitely think there needs to be more development in the reporting features, tracking terminations and dates in one place versus two, and more built out functionality with ATS's and how each company may differ in initial set-up. There are definitely bugs that are being identified throughout use, but that is to be a given at this stage.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChartHop has proven to be a great record keeping tool and people tracker for the company. We are able to be more productive and create valuable data sheets that can be pulled to other processes.

  ### 46. Charthop is a great tool to keep track of a dynamic, ever changing organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia B. | S, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2021

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

The org chart is interactive and helps everyone visualize. From an administrator standpoint, the ability to customize and store whatever kind of information we need is also extremely impactful.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

Bugs pop up fairly frequently and some things still do not feel as user-friendly as they should be. I find that even after over a year of heavy use of the product, I still lean heavily on the CH support team for certain tasks.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The compensation planning tool is a great way to get our middle and senior management involved in the comp process. Scenarios are also a great way to empower managers to have their "hands in the pot" when it comes to opening roles and changing their org, whether that's titles, compensation, or reporting structure.

  ### 47. ChartHop is an intuitive people analytics tool. The support is great!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maud S. | People Operations Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2021

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

ChartHop is easy to use, and it's a very visual tool. I also love the datasheets; it makes it very easy to share data with other team members, which is a significant timesaver in my day-to-day work. The support received is great.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

When updating some positions or removing an open job, sometimes the change won't appear right away, or the deleted position would even sometimes reappear. The integration with Lever is not seamless, I wish it were better. When downloading an org chart, the employees' titles are not fully visible (cut off), which is pretty inconvenient for an org chart tool.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Creating an org chart visible by the entire company
- We have created a directory of skills for each contributor in the company, which helps foster professional and personal relationships
- ChartHop is helpful for reporting and has become a source of truth for us
- Creating scenarios helps for recruiting planning

  ### 48. As our organization grows larger each month Charthop helps manage the org chart well

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2021

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

As our organization grows larger each month Charthop helps manage the org chart well. We also use it to manage headcount for managers. We have grown from a 100 employees to over a 1000 in 2 years and this has been a useful tool to manage/visualize the org. chart and also for managing large re-orgs.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

The UI seems to be a little dated. It get's the job done its just not the prettiest tool out there if that is what you are looking for. I don't know how much it costs as I am only a user but if it is expensive, then I might drop my rating.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of managing org charts for a rapidly growing startup. We have added over 800 employees and this has help manage headcounts and backfills for our managers.

  ### 49. User Friendly & Intuitive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colby B. | Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

ChartHop allows our employees and leadership the ability to view the org chart and hiring plans in a user friendly, visually pleasing, and intuitive way. The customer service team is super helpful and professional.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

Some of the integrations don't work as expected but the team has been great trying to help us problem solve so the tool is working the way we need it to.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance Reviews, Engagement Surveys, Headcount Planning, Functional Org Chart, Map for Remote Workforce

  ### 50. ChartHop makes managing our org chart painless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about ChartHop?**

I previously managed my org chart in Powerpoint, which was a pain because I had to update it every time someone joined or left. ChartHop automatically pulls data from my HR systems to stay up to date.

**What do you dislike about ChartHop?**

I can use ChartHop through my payroll provider. The initial setup was confusing to me, but that might have been the payroll provider's fault. ChartHop might be overkill for some users, especially at small businesses.

**What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now save labor, in that I do not have to update my org chart by hand when people join or leave. This means that the org chart is up to date, and anyone can rely on it without wondering if it matches reality.
