Consider hotspots over this service." 0/5 What do you like best about Charter Spectrum? There's not one piece of this internet service thats useful. The fact that it is 2022 and we're still capped at crap upload speeds tells you everything you need to know. If there was any other provider in the area I would of switched on day 1. Yea again, nothing really. The modem is crap 2.0 system, but they dont really need to offer anything better as its capped with their speed there anyway. Since I've moved into my first home back in 2021, I've used Spectrum internet. It is fast and efficient, and hardly produces any lag or buffering. There have been times when working from home, which is something I do not do often. My internet has gone down, and it is quite difficult to get in touch with anyone in customer support to get an eta or an idea as to what the issue can be. They have been better about updating me via text when internet or connection slows down, and an ETA as to when it'll be up and running again. 99% its a quick fix!
