**What do you like best about Charms Office Assistant?**

I like that this tool provides a way of organizing a group such as a band or choir.  From what I can tell it has all of the features needed from finance to communications.  It is a fairly easy way to submit recordings and information.

**What do you dislike about Charms Office Assistant?**

I find it confusing to use as a family. It starts out that I have to remember the school code to get in.  I find the security odd that it identifies a user with their password alone.  So there isn't a difference between a parent and a student.  If you have more than one student it gets more complex.  The reporting on finances also can be confusing to see what is actually owed.

**Recommendations to others considering Charms Office Assistant:**

Take it for a spin with a small group before rolling it out everywhere.

It is a tool that is used to handle the communications, events, calendaring and administration of a group, such as a band or choir.
