Even though we're a small company, the time saved using this platform runs to over 200 hours per year. We've had several HR meetings with Charlie for support and they've always been so quick to get back to us with clear advice which is tailored to us.
I so wish we'd joined years ago, especially at the cost of just £4/pp. Every startup should do this! It's so much better to get things (policies, handbook, processes) in places when you're still small before you scale.

There are just too many things you have to remember to do to be legally compliant with HR, contracts, policies etc, letalone trying to be a morally decent and supportive company.
I've attended their free webinars on culture, people and policies and found them so helpful and insightful. The chat on the site has a speedy response and even when I've asked a dozen questions in one day (yes, I really have), I've got a lovely detailed response each time. The only thing I could possibly dislike about CharlieHR is that I didn't use it sooner. The development team really take on feedback and keep us up-to-date with new features, for example, recently they brought in an hourly tracker for staff that don't work full time which is really useful. Whenever we have had an HR problem to solve Charlie have been ultra efficient in helping us deal with it. They are very fast to come back to us and their advice has been invaluable.

CharlieHR, as an online portal, is useful for TickX but what we have found most helpful is the advice service. We used this recently and were able to get specific advice within a rapid turnaround. The whole system looks really good and is generally easy to navigate. I found it pretty simple to get everybody set up initially. There are some super helpful tools to use, especially checklists. The Charlie team are always really quick to respond to emails and very flexible with call requests. When someone isn't in or on holiday, another team member always replies on their behalf - i really appreciate this fantastic level of service. The central system for holiday booking, reviews and managing team is really helpful for our business. We just went through our first formal review process with the team and the in-built tools were super helpful for ensuring everyone went through the same process and most importantly that we completed it in a set amount of time. The calender is also excellent for keeping track of holidays and WFH.
