With lucid press you can do it all. Especially for individuals who are not graphic design professionals. We use lucid press to design things for mini campaigns and with out having to use our already overworked graphic design department. There really isn't anything that I dislike to be completely honest. It works a lot better than other competitors, and it's designed for the average joe whose not a professional graphic design artists. My company uses Lucidpress for organization charts and it helps keep things organized for us. I really like how multiple users can have access to it and can jump in and modify it at their own convenience. The CMS is very user friendly and seems to work well with my company. I will log back in and see an older version of what I have done after I have saved it with more changes. I'm not sure if this is a user error or a product error. Having trialed publisher and also a couple of other software packages I found Lucidpress to be the best, it's so easy to set up and navigate. I have created a magazine, GOSPAIN which is aimed at people living, visiting and wanting to move to Spain. With Lucidpress the process of physically producing the magazine was easy and stress free, it has also raised the profile of my business and in a way that I wasn't expecting (the magazine after only two editions is proving very popular). I LOVE that you can publish documents online and share with co-workers easily. I like that it keeps a record of the images you have uploaded in the past and that you can have a library of your brand fonts. I like that you can make and share folders,I like all the instructional videos your company has made to help your customers. I do like that you can download for print and include crop and bleed. What do you dislike about Marq? I'm not too fond of the design features - it is hard to get shapes and spaces to line up in a way that looks professional. Lucidpress' publication builder is full of functionality, and is surprisingly robust. We produce a regular magazine that always draws praise for its quality and appeal. The creativity and content is ours, but Lucidpress gives us a workable solution for creating layouts and generating pdfs that shine. It allows us to have a program that multiple users can log into if we desire, and it's reasonably intuitive for users with at least basic design skills and knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Marq? While the program is quite robust, there are definitely limits you'll bump into from time to time. For example, you cannot create multiple columns with varying widths. Also, rotated items tend not to appear rotated in the pdf version. However, there are workarounds we've discovered. I really enjoy the ease of use. We moved to lucidpress during the pandemic and when I came back to work I found that it was much easier to use then our previous platform we used.
