They answer customers by web chat, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, Slack and Telegram, and do internal work on their own secure computer (code, spreadsheets, web browsing and scheduled tasks), with approvals and an audit trail. They use more than 1,000 Chargezen MCP tools and over 500 third-party connectors for orders, subscriptions, returns, discounts, loyalty, calls, SMS and email, and connect to Shopify, Recharge, Google Drive, Notion, Canva, Dropbox, Box, Microsoft 365, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, ChatGPT and Claude. Ecommerce brands use Concierge, and so do service businesses in automotive, home services, med spas and real estate. Finn, the iPhone app (iOS 26 or later), lets your team work with them from anywhere. Starter is US$20 a month (20,000 credits), Pro US$199 a month (199,000 credits), and more credits are US$1 per 1,000.
