After using the tool for two years, we only discovered on our own that adding proof of delivery photos would significantly improve our outcomes. It would have been helpful if they had flagged that earlier or shared best practices up front. Chargeflow removed almost all manual work from our chargeback process. Before using it, we spent a lot of time gathering evidence, building responses, and tracking deadlines. The automation handles the full workflow for us and our win rate increased noticeably. It also gives us predictable handling of every case, which saves hours of internal work each month and reduces the risk of missing a dispute.
