The whole team use it, we use it every day. **What do you dislike about ChargeDesk?** It can be a little fiddly trying to find items. **What problems is ChargeDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Now our whole team can issue refunds and create new charges for customers to pay, we don't have to wait for accounts. This then syncs through stripe to Xero - perfect! ### 3.
