I find the overview in Chargebee quite good. I like how easy it is to create new products and so on. The initial setup of Chargebee was actually quite simple and the app is super fast. Additionally, the pricing is very competitive. Support is always quickly reachable and sometimes you get direct contact with engineers. The new AI tools are also very useful. On the one hand, I find that the Salesforce Cloud Integration is not working and that the feature is also not functioning perfectly. Additionally, since we are in the German market, the integration of SEPA mandates from the admin side is not well regulated. This means that the patient or the practice or our customer can create it, but we cannot. However, we receive them signed on paper, and that is, of course, not good. I like that Chargebee offers a relatively affordable billing solution, which helps us keep our budget under control. Their support agents are responsive, so it’s easier to get help when we need it. I also appreciate the level of integration and partnership Chargebee provides, allowing seamless connectivity with Stripe and our own platform. On top of that, Chargebee is easy to access and navigate, which simplifies our workflow for managing customer subscriptions, invoicing, and payment gateway tasks. The integration between Hubspot and Chargebee is unpredictable. Sometimes it works really fast and sometimes it is painfully slow. The issue is that it's hard to know why it's slow and fast. I find the bulk import of payments feature very handy, as it allows me to apply payments to invoices easily and flags errors for immediate correction or later adjustments. The home dashboard is also very convenient. I appreciate that I can apply a payment, and if there's excess, it's automatically separated and clearly displayed on the customer's account. The automatic dunning feature saves us a lot of time by avoiding manual case handling. I love Chargebee's user-friendliness, which makes it easy to train new colleagues without hassle. Most processes are straightforward and quick to execute. The platform's contemporary design is impressive, especially in the finance sector, and enhances user experience by making navigation simple and clear, reducing the risk of making mistakes. I wish we could record a payment and allocate it to several invoices at once, at least the ones concerning the same customer, on the same menu, which currently we can't; we have to record the payment, and it's then recorded as excess payment and we need to open each invoice to apply that excess amount to each individual invoice. Particularly when you're working mostly B2B, this is very annoying. Being able to link accounts that belong to the same entity would be very handy - simply by having a link to another account on the customer's menu would make the searching part much more efficient, because each time we have to work on two or three accounts of the same company, we then have to search for it - and if we're a team of agents, everyone is doing this each time, multiplying quickly the amount of time wasted on searching when it could be easily linked together. For example, it would be very helpful to add a “Due Date” column to the invoice list, ideally with configurable/variable columns so users can choose what they want to see. From an administrative standpoint, Chargebee is well-organized, straightforward to configure, and offers clear instructions. This greatly facilitated our setup, testing, and transition to production.
