Scheduling the onboarding session was straightforward, and the representative was friendly and available at the scheduled time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ChargeAutomation? The Booking.com link was delayed and did not work. A known link-security requirement was not properly configured during paid onboarding. Worse, invitations were sent to existing guests despite my clear instructions not to send them, resulting in complaints and confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is ChargeAutomation solving and how is that benefiting you? It was supposed to streamline guest verification, payments and pre-arrival communication. In my experience, it created more work instead. The Booking.com test link was delayed and did not work, and invitations were sent to existing guests without my authorization.
