**What do you like best about ChargeAutomation?**

ChargeAutomation is amazing! It can do so much and I often recommend ChargeAutomation to my clients. AND, their support is outstanding! They make onboarding simple and they are extremely responsive to feature/functionality requests!

**What do you dislike about ChargeAutomation?**

I have not found any downsides to ChargeAutomation!

**What problems is ChargeAutomation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Where to begin? ChargeAutomation helps with payment processing, security deposit holds at an amazing rate, pre-arrival and rental agreements, guest ID collection/verification, and so much more!
