Though Chanty is sinple, fast, and free to use, but Some of the features are not present yet. that is to say it would have been more interesting if the features are very much complete. The design of the chat interface in Chanty is nice looking and easy to use. I like the simplicity of it and being able to see many different people who may or may not be online. Also, since the screen is filled with the chat, we can see a huge chunk of the thread and know what's been going on recently in the chat with just one glance. The SSO integration did not work out of the box in our environment. We had to work with support to configure our F5 based SAML sso for Chanty users. They should make the configuration more straight forward and document it in their knowledge base. This would have helped speed up in our initial implementation. chanty was just what I was looking for, a chat that would allow me to handle communication with my group of classes without being in classes, some do not have cellular telefoo and this has not been a limitation since chanty has the web version, but soon can share videos, and so be much more interactive and useful for me, the chanty team is on track, according to my experience.
