**What do you like best about ChannelMAX?**

ChannelMAX is a good repricing software for an Amazon seller account.

**What do you dislike about ChannelMAX?**

The user interface doesn't appear updated. The layout is similar to a Microsoft windows interface, but the icons don't appear intuitive. Also, not having live help can be frustrating at times.

**Recommendations to others considering ChannelMAX:**

ChannelMAX has a very basic design, so don't expect an eye-catching UI. As a repricing software for selling on Amazon, it works. Unfortunately there appears to be a native repricing method in Amazon now. I haven't had the chance to try it yet, but it certainly seems more attractive.

**What problems is ChannelMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem was finding a way to reprice merchandise on the Amazon marketplace. With the repricing function that ChannelMAX provided, we were able to adjust our prices according to consumer demand. This not only maximized our sales, but also allowed us to price our products strategically against other merchants.
