The software is being discontinued next year, which is a nightmare as they are trying to get you to move the pro version for money and takes the ease of many aspects of the software. ChannelGrabber is great for streamlining any channels you use at your business. It also helps you also send customized invoices to your customers, which is great for a touch of personalization! ChannelGrabber falls short when it comes to its functions for triggering a low stock notification. It also lags in the time that it takes to sync to another piece of software. What do you dislike about ChannelGrabber? I wish Channel Grabber had a "shopping cart" function, where I could remind people to complete their orders. I am able to keep track of all of my orders in a WAY more manageable way than going through all of my channels (Amazon and ebay mostly) separately.
