It's also super easy to use. **What do you dislike about Channel 9?** The solution covers almost everything needed but can be more personalized. Also the documents on how to use should be improved. The UI can be more enhanced to please the viewers. **What problems is Channel 9 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Channel9 in my organization mainly for learning purposes. It`s available to control contents so that I choose on this way. It`s available to change content, apps and integrate to many devices. On the other hand, customer service is very valuable communication. It`s easy to solve any problem when you get it. **What do you dislike about Channel 9?** There are no any dislike things but I can mention that the software of channel 9 should be updated on integration for different platforms also.
