I am a project manager, so my primary goal is to know how changes are going live. Creating monitors is very easy, I think I have ~200 now active at any given time. Changetower offered enough options to modify how a page is viewed and tracked that I haven't come across a webpage yet that I haven't been able to get Changetower to work for. The tagging system works for searching, however how tags are added isn't very clear. Sometimes I don't add the tag I thought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use, offers the exact features I need for my use case and is fairly priced. The set-up is super easy. I use it to monitor my competitors and also document the changes they do for legal reasons. The e-mail alerts give me a quick overview so I do not need to check manually. If you set-up several monitors it would be nice to be able to bulk-edit them (e.g. to disactivate e-amil alerts. But that's really all I can criticize, apart from that it's perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Each webpage to be monitored is set up manually, even if the process to follow is relatively standard. I can envision a more automated setup process in the future and it automatically suggests what I would want based on my repeatedly using the same patterns of phrases. I like that I can monitor changes on specific pages. For instance, if I want to see how pricing may have changed from a competitor, it's easy to set up monitors for the exact section I'm looking for.
