I'd say the only problems we ran into with Champify was from an administrator point - some Champify list emails were going to our spam folder, and there were some routing issues with lead and contact records. What's most helpful about using Champify is the ability to see who was a former power user of your previous product and the contacts who are familiar with your software/offering. In my experience so far, a prospect has either accepted a meeting or referred me to someone who is better suited for the conversation.
